About this property
Short Walk To Beverly Hills
Nestled in West Hollywood’s most desirable neighborhood, this 2 bedroom home is close to everything! Known world-wide as a center for shopping, dining, entertainment and night life, West Hollywood has it all.
This house is walking distance to The Abbey Food and Bar and within a block of Robertson Boulevard, the home of many of L.A.’s most trendy and chic shops and restaurants where celebrities shop and dine. Watch out for the paparazzi! There’s fashionable shopping at Kitson, Crome Hearts, John Varvatos, etc. and dining at some of the area’s most famous and trend-setting restaurants such as The Palm, The Ivy, Ago, Catch, Craig’s, Lisa Vanderpump’s Sur, and Cecconi’s. The Sunset Strip is just a few blocks away and has world famous night clubs and even more restaurants. You can get a local neighborhood feeling by walking to places like Urth Café, Kitchen 24, Starbucks, and The Henry. If you want more, The Beverly Center is also just a short walk away and Beverly Hills, The Grove and Farmers Market are just minutes away by car. Los Angeles landmarks such as the Hollywood Bowl, Chinese Theater and Walk of Fame, Griffith Park, Venice Beach, Walt Disney Concert Hall and Universal Studios are only a short drive. And, if you need civic facilities, the recently opened West Hollywood Library and world-renowned Cedars-Sinai Medical Center are nearby.
Whether you’re in town for a short visit or need a longer stay, this well-appointed home will meet all your needs. And even before you ask, yes, you may bring your dog.
With lots of tree-lined streets, as well as nearby West Hollywood Park and pool, there are plenty of places to walk your canine companion. You don’t have to have a dog to enjoy walking in West Hollywood. In 2011, it was named the most walkable city in California.
Now about the house…
A Mediterranean style on a smaller scale (1,100 sq ft), the house has been completely renovated and has all the amenities of 21st century living, but still retains some of the older charm with hardwood floors, cove ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms: king size with en suite bathroom with steam shower; queen size with adjoining bath with spa tub/shower. With the sleeper-sofa in the living room, the house can accommodate up to 6. The dining room seats 6. The spacious fully equipped kitchen has exquisite custom cabinetry, Ceasarstone countertops and high-end stainless steel Bosch appliances. The living room and main bedroom have a large flat screen TV with DirecTV service. And to top it all off, there is a delightful patio with a barbeque, just what’s needed at the end of the day!

I am a professional and I live nearby. I enjoy meeting interesting people who come to visit. I grew up not far from this property so I can help you navigate the local scene. I went to school at UC Berkeley.
