About this property

With Cable TV and WiFi (not shared with other units). View to Pattaya Tower, the Gulf of Thailand, nearby islands and sweeping views of Jomtien town and the Gulf of Thailand.

The resort style swimming pool is amazing, with a 'lagoon', slides and fountains. Also a lap pool for swimming and a jacuzzi. Just look at the photos ! Your kids will love the pirate ship and slides. A great spot to sun bathe.

The condo complex is located on the main road, with 10 baht buses running in both directions - towards Pattaya downtown 10 minutes away and towards Jomtien Beach Road five minutes drive away.
Bus terminal to Suvarnabhumi airport is five minutes walk down the road, and the Foodland supermarket is next to the bus terminus as well. Within that complex is a laundry, an Italian pizzeria and car rental place.
Across the road is Pan Pan Italian restaurant, popular with locals and tourist. 5 minutes walk is Frasers Sports Bar where live sports is broadcast every evening, including football, rugby and cricket.
A 7-eleven is nearby and mini marts are short walk away.
A short bus ride will take you to Beach Road where more cafes and restaurants serve Thai and western food.
Staff at reception lobby can also provide advise on where to eat and shop.

This is a residential condo, therefore please observe the following rule:
- No parties or gatherings.
- No loud music or rowdiness or disturbing other residents.
- No smoking inside the apartment please.
- Please throw all rubbish in the collection bins at the emergency exit stairwell.
- Please throw all left-over food in fridge and cupboards and opened cans, sauces and powdered spices before check-out to prevent spoilage.
- Please do not take our towels to the beach. Bring your own towels for beach use.
- Please treat our apartment with respect and don't break things or leave it in a mess.

This apartment is in a good location in Jomtien, away from the noise and bustle of central Pattay. Short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. With easy access to transport and amenities such as supermarket, spa, night market and other things. Pattaya Tower can be seen from our balcony. The condo complex has all new amenities and also security guards for residents' safety.
