This cozy home boasts a gas fireplace, private hot tub, high ceilings, and newly added winter entry walkway for convenience. Policies and disclosures
- This property does allow pets. There is a pet fee of $100 per pet.
- This property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
- On March 11th, 2022, the county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Check out the Short-Term Rental Fact Sheet for more information.
- Use of outdoor fire pits is prohibited due to extreme fire danger.
- A 12% occupancy tax is applied to all bookings, supporting local services and development.
