884 Wimbledon Drive, located in the Sea Palms West Community of Courtside Villas, has the perfect layout for you and your travel companions. Completely remodeled from head to toe with beautiful décor throughout, you'll love having the master bedroom with en-suite on the main level.

This wonderful townhouse is open and bright and offers a beautiful modern kitchen with all new counter tops and new stainless-steel appliances. There is plenty of room for 6 at the dining room table, 2 more at the bar with two additional spots at the breakfast nook in the kitchen.

Plenty of room around the spacious den for television, enjoying the fireplace or playing board games. Great spot just off the den for afternoon cocktails in the sunroom.

Downstairs, there is a master bedroom which has a King-sized bed and en-suite with a tub/shower combo and double vanities. Just off the master bedroom, you'll find a wonderful sunroom that also connects with the den. There is also a bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and television. Upstairs you will find an another 'master' bedroom complete with Queen bed, en-suite with a tub/shower, double vanity and sun porch access.

Courtside Villas is located in Sea Palms West, across Frederica Road from Sea Palms Golf Resort. The main St Simons Village and Pier is 5.9 miles south (Neptune Park Play Zone and Pool) and the Coast Guard Station Beach Access is approximately 5.6 miles away.

NOTE: Courtside Villas in Sea Palms West does not have any pool access.

Beautiful place!

Our stay was wonderful! The place was very beautiful and comfortable. Our host, Alan, was very helpful through the whole process and even gave us some great tips of things to try while we were on the island. Would highly recommend staying here. We look forward to returning.

Excellent St Simons Getaway

Our family of 5 stayed here and loved it. The place is really well furnished and well decorated. Super clean, everything works, great kitchen, and three full beds and baths. Host was great and timely with communication. Great location in quiet development. We will likely stay here again when we’re back in town.

Awesome spot!

Great place to stay. We were in town for a work conference, and wanted something comfortable as opposed to a hotel. It was amazing how each room had its own bathroom! Perfect privacy level. Host was super communicative as soon as I reached out. Definitely recommend this place!

Central island location condo. Quiet neighborhood. Nice walking trail on the property. Beds very comfortable. Clean condo. Responsive host. Two large master suites. Minor concern was no outdoor space to hang out, but overall, we had a great time.

The host was the nicest person to welcome our stay. He made sure we were taken care of so that we may enjoy our time. The updated decor and inside renovation made the stay work booking. With the layout, you could say 2 master suites with closed in porches and a 3rd bedroom.

Artists get away.

Our reason for visiting St. Simons Island was a painting workshop at Mary Anderson's beautiful art gallery. The condo was minutes away. It was roomy, clean, quiet and tucked away in a stunning area. The azaleas were in bloom! Don't miss this cozy retreat.

We chose Sea Palms west as it is truly a getaway. Then neighborhood is just minutes from restaurants and within easy reach of all St. Simons has to offer.

What makes this property unique

884 is unique as it lives more like a home than a condo. The unit features its own landing leading to the from door and only steps from parking. With no one above or to the right you won't hear footsteps or the neighbor's day to day life. 884 lives like a comfortable home with extra porches, brand new kitchen and plenty of room for the entire family.
