Fresh paint, hardwood floors throughout, huge walk-in shower, washer and dryer, spacious eat in kitchen. Located in a quiet neighborhood. There is a small size enclosure back porch to read a book or relax. Close to the I-77, Bull Street District, Columbia Fireflies Stadium, Five Points, Ft. Jackson, Bendict College, USC, Zoo, Museums and lots of local restaurants and tons of fun and entertainment
