What a wonderful property! The host accurately described everything, and the home was actually a little bigger than I thought. The pool was delightful, as were the accommodations. Rome was very responsive to all of our questions. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Crystal River. Highly recommend!

The pool is fantastic and the best part of the property. It is a nice size, and very clean.The host is excellent with communication. The house itself could be better visually. The renovations are done very poorly, but honestly I didnt care that much . The beds could use an upgrade as they were all uncomfortable and I would suggest upgrading and getting more linens (towels). The cleanliness left something to be desired as there was visual dust on the roof above the master bed, dog hair around the furniture and dust accumulated on the pictures.The yard guys never came which was not at all the hosts fault but did make us unable to enjoy the back yard. Listening to the gators while we swam in the pool was rather cool. Again, I got this house for the pool and it absolutely delivered. The host was excellent. We had fun with foosball table, connect 4 and scrabble. Theres a highchair if you have babies to bring, and some floats and pool noodles.the main areas like bathrooms and kitchen were spotless. Lots of dishes if you want to make food!

Cleanliness is our top priority, so we appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention. While we’re pleased that you found the kitchen and bathrooms spotless, we regret that we missed some dust in other areas. We have shared your comments with our cleaning team to ensure those details receive extra attention moving forward. We also wish you had let us know about the yard during your stay. We would have immediately followed up with our landscaping company to address the issue so you could fully enjoy the outdoor space. Regarding towels, we provide two bath towels per registered guest, and the home is equipped with a washer and dryer for guests who wish to refresh and reuse linens during stays. As for the beds, comfort can be very personal and subjective. The mattresses are newer (including memory foam mattress in the master), and this is the first time we’ve received feedback that they were uncomfortable. Most of our guests have had positive experiences, but we understand that mattress preferences can vary from person to person. Thank you again for your thoughtful review and for highlighting so many of the aspects you enjoyed. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to improve the guest experience.

Perfect for family!

Rome was a wonderful host, and quickly responded to any questions we had. The neighborhood is close to everything but also extremely quiet. Having a lovely clean pool to relax in while looking out over the pond was great. I would definitely stay again!

This rental was perfect for a family vacation. Close to many nice restaurants and attractions. The beach is close as well. The house itself has everything you need and many things to do to entertain. The pool is heated and was used constantly. Communication with the host was prompt and easy. Overall, a wonderful vacation.

Great Place!

Our family of 4 stayed here for a weekend. The place was welcoming, spotless, and well stocked. There's plenty of room to spread out. We used both the screened in area and the den in the evenings to wind down after a day of sightseeing. The pool, pool toys and lawn games were a hit with the kids. The location is central. Everything is a short drive away. Rome was very responsive to my questions and messages before and during our stay.

Took my wife, teenage son and his friend down for a week. Great communication with Rome. The house has been refreshed and has all of the accommodations needed for a great stay. The Best Location never shown

Ok so the place was amazing. Very clean, and everything was really with the renter in mind. But as great as the house was it was in the middle of everything!!! You wanna swim with manatees? 8 min drive and you can kayak there too. You wanna go to the beach? It’s only 10 min drive. There’s spots for hiking, camping, and a lot of nice restaurants. They’ve got a fire pit, which we made SMORE’S there. My family and I had an amazing time. I just can’t emphasize enough about the location with all that you can do there. The neighbors, and people around were extremely nice, and the people in general in that area were very nice. And a very refreshing atmosphere compared to most vacation spots. We have to come back just so we can take advantage of all the other things we didn’t have time for. If I could give it 10 stars I would, it’s that great of a vacation spot.
