Unfortunately our stay was not great. There was several issues we had to deal with from broken items to extremely dirty floors. The view was amazing but for the price we paid it was definitely not worth it.

This is an absolutely beautiful place to view God's creations! We enjoyed our stay here. We had an issue at one point with the television but the host had Direct TV out the next day and the issue was resolved. I cannot say enough about the view from this home, it is beautiful! Thank you for a wonderful family stay!

The management company was responsive and kind. The views are incredible and the pool & hot tub sufficed for our small kids. The handrail to get into the pool had been removed. The house itself was dirty upon arrival, they sent the cleaning crew out the next day but we had already cleaned up quite a bit. Very dusty and the kitchen trashcan can to be manually opened each time because the footstep was broken. Nightstands in one of the bedrooms that were "floating" were partially hanging off the wallThe doors to the bathrooms kept falling off and it seemed general maintenance was a low priority. Maintenance team was out twice to put doors back on the tracks. The kitchen is on an angle and needs updating. The photos on the listing do not match all of the furnishings/bedspreads, etc that are actually in the home. Furnishings are warn, cords are hanging, etc. Everything worked for us, but we didn't spend much time at the house. I would not recommend it if you are planning to spend most of your day at the home. The mattresses and beds were very comfortable and there are plenty of bathrooms and bedrooms for a larger group. The kitchens and bathrooms were well stocked.

There are so many things wrong with this cabin where do,I start? The biggest problem was the rail to get in the swimming pool was broken and had been broken for some time! There had already been an attempt to fix it! It was NOT fixed properly and it made getting in and out of the pool hazardous! My mother who is 89 wanted to get in but couldn’t! Also it was dirty and covered in bugs! The dishwasher was full of scrambled eggs from a prior guest and I do not think housekeeping even bothered to look. The kitchen is poorly equipped and what is there is cheap. So are the furnishings! The chairs in the dining room are worn so bad they are torn. There is no water pressure. They advertise a pool table (needs new felt and is not level), also not regulation size. The ping pong table which fits over the pool table is broken and gouged. I could go on but if you are looking for a nice place to stay do not stay here, you will be disappointed!

Nice Property but with Critical Set Backs

Gorgeous views and an overall nice house. For our family and friends it was ideal for us. We spent a portion of our days out of the house due to having younger kids and the need to entertain. The inability to utilize the hot tub for the first 2 days (only stayed 2.5 days - 3 nights) was extremely frustrating. I notified the staff who was very responsive upon our arrival on Thursday evening and someone did not arrive until late (9 pm) on Friday night. The hot tub was filthy and looked like it had not been cleaned in while. Enjoying the beautiful scenery from the hot tub would have been nice to use the entirety of the trip. The pool was murky as well and seemed a cold. When asking to turn the temperature up I was told that it stayed 84 degrees year round but felt nowhere close to that. Our kids would barely utilize for this reason. We needed to entertain kids with this house and it failed. Workout equipment is old but the sauna is nice addition. Coffee maker was difficult to use as well. Overall OK experience but unacceptable for the price we paid for 3 days.
