Welcome to Stay On Tropic #3, a bright and beautiful two-bedroom and one-bathroom condo. The duplex has a shared outdoor space featuring plenty of comfortable seating and multiple BBQ grills and is a quick drive from restaurants and shops and is close to Siesta Key Beach.

Take the stairs up to your second-floor retreat and enjoy the modern seating area with a comfy sofa and TV and opens to the private screened-in lanai that has plush seating where friends and family can relax and catch up. The kitchen has a cooktop and basic cookware, as well as a chic dining table set for four guests.

This condo is appointed with two Queen bedrooms with luxurious bedding, premium mattress, and has a hall bathroom with an updated walk-in shower.

If you're traveling with friends and family, this location offers three additional condos on the property that are available for rent. Tropical Sand Accommodations, #3 Sarasota (2 au 18 mars, 2024)

Insatisfaite de l'emplacement; même trop bruyant pour s'asseoir dans le lanai. Aucune mention que le condo est situé sur une route achalandée sur la Siesta Drive qui mène à la plage de Siesta Key. (15 min. de route) Je devais séjourner à Gandy près de St-Petersburg. Condo a été vendu sans être avisée. J'ai appelé VRBO LE 29 FEV. CAR JE N'AVAIS EU AUCUNE DIRECTIVE DU PROPRIO. Pourtant, le 5 janvier 2024, j'ai fait un appel a VRBO et ils m'ont confirmé que tout était en règle; que le montant total a été payé et que le proprio m'enverra 3 à 4 jours avant le 1er mars (date du debut de la réservation) le code d'entrée du condo. Lors de mon appel du 29 février., VRBO m'avise qu'il était désolé que mon condo a été vendu et qu'il était près à m'accommoder en m'offrant 3 nuits d'hôtels de leur choix pour qu'il puisse me trouver un condo. Les choix d'hôtels étaient médiocres et nous avons refusé ces choix. J'ai donc choisi mon hôtel à mes propres frais pour une soirée et le 2 mars j'ai trouvé un condo à Sarasota. Nous avons dû faire vite pour le choix car 2 jours avant pour louer un condo ... le choix est mince et le prix élevé. Lors de cet appel, un représentant de VRBO m'a demandé mon # de réservation de ma 1ere réservation.Je ne l'avais pas en main. Il me dit qu'il peut me rappeler. J'ai accepté son offre pour que je puisse retrouver mon # de réservation mais il ne m'a JAMAIS rappelé. Très déçue. Nous avons due raccourcir notre séjour en Floride pour respecter notre budget.
