Guest access
The camper is situated in our private and fenced in backyard. You will have your own parking and gate to your “campsite”

Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am.

Sorry there is no pool access.
Other things to note

NO smoking of any kind inside the camper. This is a completely non-smoking rental. ANY evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine.

**Anyone not listed on reservation must be approved by us to visit the property**

We you hope you enjoy our cozy camper! But please be respectful of it as it was your own. No horseplay or jumping off the bunks.

Please be mindful of fire pit usage, if the fire pit is on, an adult must be present.

Please do not leave doors or windows open while the air is on, it could freeze the unit and cause a need for replacement.
