Our host was extremely easy to communicate with and quick to reply. Also provided detailed information proactively which made for a very smooth experience. The home was so cute and very clean. We had all the comforts of home. I highly recommend this home away from home in Lakeland.
Best water pressure ever! Excellent shower. Comfortable bed & blankets & pillows. The coolest high tech washer dryer I've ever used. Comfy deck to relax on with coffee in the morning or drink at the end of the day. We had a great stay & will stay here again next kids & grankids visit

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The house was neat and clean, was a little worried when driving into the neighborhood but that disappeared when I saw the property. I would definitely stay there again.
A beautiful home away from home. The host has thought of everything you will need. Tucked away but still having access to everything. Looking forward to returning to Lakeland and to our return visit here.
Property manager was very attentive, checked if all was alright. Easy to reach and answered questions quickly
Property was clean everything needed for a couple was at the tiny house.
Enjoyed our stay very much!
I was very impressed with how cozy the whole place felt. The interior, appliances, and amenities were all very modern and I was very impressed with everything about the interior to the check-in process. Communication was good with the owner. Highly recommend!
We enjoyed our stay. It was quiet and safe. The only thing that we didn't like was the sidewalk going back to the house. We felt that it was not sate, maybe putting cement in between the tiles would help. Very hard to pull suitcases and to walk on them.
It was me and my husband that stayed there not partner. I feel that should be two categories. God created husband and wife!
Communication with the host was OK but they forgot to mention to us a month prior that work would be performed starting at 7am! One review said “the area is sketchy” but this place is IN THE GHETTO. It was dark at the gate so there needs to be a light so you could see the code for the lock. It smelled musty, the shower curtain was disgusting, the mini splits are only cold, & you had to set it to dehumidify so it got to 60 degrees & then it wouldn’t shut off! The bdrm fan ONLY runs on high. Fortunately, we found a heater to offset the meat locker temps. If you stay here, bring your own pillows & bed sheets as these didn’t look or smell clean. The floor was swept but not mopped so our socks were gross. We bought cleaning supplies to wash dishes as the sponge on the sink was nasty. We asked for a small compensation for the interruption at 7AM for being woken up at the crack of dawn by truck engines & hammering. The host acknowledged the issues but refused to do ANYTHING not even an apology! They said they texted us via VRBO chat at 8am, however, that ONE text is missing. The host did tell us later that construction was to start at 11 but they proceeded anyway at 7am. It comes down to “they didn’t want to lose by us cancelling”. VRBO pointed out the hosts knew this was happening but did nothing to stop construction, were uncooperative & wouldn’t consider even a small refund for our bad experience. If you decide to stay, you can’t complain that you weren’t forewarned.

Thank you for your comment. I want to emphasize that we sent you a message letting you know about the work and that the project began around 8:30 am when even you left the facilities. Once you left the facilities, the work began to be done. They never had problems communicating with us, even on several occasions we met and they said that everything was fine. After your stay ended the day after you left, you want to ask for a refund, which I saw super bad on your part. You simply looked for excuses to see if your stay was free, which I see very bad on your part. They told a lot of lies and I don't recommend them to any future because they will ruin They business just to stay for free .i still don’t get how people like this the app don’t cancel the membership
