Charming Suite In The Heart Of Lakeland

Our cozy suite is located less than 10 minutes from downtown Lakeland and less than an hour from Disney World!
Walking distance to many stores and delicious restaurants.
Enjoy many of the local nature walks close by.
Walk under majestic oak trees through our super safe neighborhood to the recreation center just a block away. Work out, play tennis or pickle ball. Courts are free week days until 5 pm and all day Sundays. The recreation center has a full gym as well as Olympic sized pools.

It worked out great for us. It’s near restaurants, shopping, historic downtown and parks. It was provided with refrigerator and microwave and coffee maker. It meant our needs at a great price.

Great location. Communication with owner was great. Gave us ideas for restaurants. She even accommodated special request during ck in. Clean room with all basic things for a weekend stay. Quiet neighborhood. Great value for your money.

All I needed the room for was to sleep and shower as I had lots of plans. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and quiet. The hostess was very receptive. The entrance is a bit intimidating especially ar night as it was in the very back of the house, but the hostess did offer to make sure the security lights stayed on. Overall, a great stay for the price.

Unfortunately, while the host indicated an additional mattress could be provided at extra cost, when we indicated the need for an adult and paid the extra $50, what we received was a mini-twin mattress which ws not much larger than a crib mattress. Our refund request was denied, and the host's response was that we should have notified them the mattress was too small!

Great place

This was a great place to stay. Owners were very flexible with a late check in. They have pretty much everything you need in the room and know how to welcome guests. This will definitely be a return rental if we’re back in Lakeland.

Great location

My stay was very enjoyable. For me the location was the best thing. Nice and quite neighborhood. Close to many places to eat or shop. Lakeland has many great parks to visit and relax.
