The space
Space is fully renovated, modern farmhouse, A-frame style. Everything is brand new. Space offers two bedrooms, with queen beds. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a tub and shower. The is also an additional full bathroom downstairs and a half bath upstairs in the loft. In the loft, there is a pullout couch offering a full bed. Each room has a flat screen smart TV.

Guest access
You will have access to the tree swing, the fishing dock, walking paths, fire table, bicycles and patio. These areas are shared but we only have one other studio on the property so it is pretty secluded.
Other things to note
This property is located within 2 miles away from a grocery store, bank, coffee shop, and other retail establishments. It is just 3 1/2 miles away from one of the nicest preserve nature parks in the county, filled with nature, hiking and kayaking opportunities. It is also only a 15 minute drive to the ocean and fine dining resturants on PGA Boulevard.
