Private yard with patio located in the beautiful Broadmead neighbourhood right between the ferries/airport and the city of Victoria which is only a 15-20 minute drive to the city centre.

The space
You are a short drive away from stunning beaches in the Cordova bay area lovely hikes such as Mount Doug Park and many wonderful places that Lower Vancouver Island has to offer.

If you are looking for a full size house located on top of a hill in a quite cul-de-sac in a beautiful neighbourhood with easy quick access to nice beaches and the city centre, well this is the one for you. Perfect for couples, families or just friends traveling to Victoria.

Just a short drive away are the stunning beaches of Cordova Bay and the wonderful Cordova Bay Beach House restaurant which provides great food and an amazing views.
