Welcome to the Fairfield Estate Coach House!

Located less than a block from Beacon Hill Park and only a short walk to picturesque Cook Street Village. Discover delightful boutiques and enjoy delicious meals, all conveniently located close to your cozy retreat!

This 2022 newly renovated and tastefully decorated fully furnished studio suite, located in a carriage home on the premises of a primary residence, provides a special and secluded space for short-term stays of at least 30 days, establishing a cozy and welcoming ambiance. Please note that there is also an upstairs suite in the carriage home that is permanently rented, so some noise from the upper unit may be heard during your stay.

The well-appointed kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and various amenities to ensure you have everything necessary to whip up your culinary creations!
The suite features a work desk for those who want to work from home as well as a smart TV.

The suite shares the laundry room with the main home. The laundry room has a separate entrance.

We loved this fabulous rental at Fairfield Estate Coach House. We had everything we needed to feel at home & was great location. We spent a month there and enjoyed every minute of it.Would not hesitate to rent again.

Easy automated checkin. Very good communication with the host. Comfortable and a great location near Cook Street Village. Easy walking to downtown, the waterfront, Dallas Road and of course it’s right next to Beacon Hill Park

Well-Equiped Coach House In Prime Location

This coach House is superbly equiped with comfortable furniture and kitchen utensils. Situated a block from Beacon Hill Park, the location couldn't be better for access to downtown and the ocean. Our only complaint was the monitoring of the electric meter for heat. The month we stayed here, May, was particularly cold and not a lot of light enters the coach house. Our contract stated that we were only allowed to consume 70.00 of electricity a month. We asked for a meter reading at the beginning of our stay but were never given one. As a result, because we had no idea of our consumption, we were often not as warm as we would have liked.

The property was impeccably maintained, comfortable, and met all my needs. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a quality night’s sleep. The kitchen is fully kitted for all cooking. Onsite laundry facilities without a surcharge is an added convenience. Any minor issues that needed to be tweaked were attended to efficiently and expediently by the management and owners. A great location in a lovely neighborhood, a block away from Cook St Village and Beacon Hill Park, with an easy walk to the sea and to downtown with no hills. With limited natural light, the coach house maintains a cooler temperature which is a plus during the summer. Another guest review mentioned, “monitoring of the electric meter for heat” with their contract stating an allowance of 70.00/month for their stay during the cooler temps in May, My only concern if I returned in another season would be the upfront cost of the heating surcharge since I’m acclimatized for warmer weather. I would love to book a return stay.
