We loved being at the and of a quiet lane that opened up to expansive views of Lake St. Clair and watching the changing weather and light on the water. We would definitely stay here again.

Hello, your property is amazing! I love the location and you guys were able to accommodate our every last need. We truly appreciate everything you did to make our stay amazing. The only concern or issue I would say to fix in the future, is the ac. At nights it would get very hot and almost uncomfortable. Besides that though, this house is lovely and so are the hosts!

Loved our brief yet very smooth and comfortable stay at this property with 4 kids and 5 adults. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Our Host Nicole was very communicative before, during, and even after our stay! Loved the welcome snacks and family board games, fully stocked kitchen complete with essentials (including condiments like salt/pepper, foil, ketchup packets, etc), gas fire pit so we were able to do smores with the kids…. The back yard had plenty of space to hang out and we all loved looking out into the open lake. In our hurry to depart the morning of checkout, I accidentally left my AirPods at the property and was notified immediately as the cleaning crew happen upon it shortly after checkout. Will stay again… highly recommend this place! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Hosts Nicole & Dan have thought of everything! Instructions were clear and reasonable. The location was amazing. And their reason for hosting & sharing their rental property is heartwarming. I would recommend staying here to friends & family.

Beautiful Lake St Claire views and the memories made with family are priceless / the house is a 2 bed 2 bath with both bedrooms on the 2nd floor - there is plenty of extra sleeping with the sofa beds on the first floor - this is a very cosy home that brought back so many childhood memories that my family spent on this lake - the icing on the cake was watching the swans swim by - just perfect

Great Location, Excellent Host

Our family of 5 (3 teens) was in the area for a baseball tournament, and this home was a perfect place to spend the weekend. There were plenty of good places to eat nearby and the beautiful lakeshore provided some much needed relaxation. Nicole was a fantastic host, always quick to answer our questions. The house is well organized and filled with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can’t wait to come back soon!

Daughters College Graduation

We were in Detroit for our daughter’s college graduation and moving her back home with us. The house was perfect for our needs. The amenities were just right for cooking in the kitchen, the use of the grill, laundry, etc. The space was very nice! We highly recommend booking this location! This will be on our favorites list ♥️

Road to location is a shambles. 3-4ft potholes.Damaged my car.Sliding door ways were dirtyNo hood or window that opens in kitchenIf you cook, infra red cooking range is not my preferred method. Oven worked great.Fold out beds were very uncomfortable, that was a draw back.Location on water was beautiful.Difficult to maneuver cars out of driveway.Nicole was a wonderful, patient and attentive, always responded in a timely fashion. Bedding & pillows were not comfortable would have preferred linen pillow cases. Central air worked great.Atrium was a plus, we had rain the two days we spent so it was a wash. Locals enjoy mowing their lawns before 7:00.Bathrooms are nice with large toilets but trim work is a reminder that it is an old home with unfinished dirty corners.Check out time is a bit early, considering if your at a function (wedding) until 12:30amThen having to turn around and basically clean the house, leaves really no time for a relaxed breakfast. It is a rush to get out.I will do a better job on reading about the location before I do a Vrbo again.My host Nicole though was great and none of my disappointments are related to her.
