Welcome to Sandy Serenity PCB, our exquisite Beach House designed for an unforgettable getaway. This brand-new, 2-story, 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom property sleeps 15 comfortably and is situated next to the Signal Hill 18-hole Golf Course, just a 3-minute drive or 10-minute walk to the beach.

Tastefully designed, the house combines modern furnishings with an open floor plan, making it ideal for family vacations or entertaining. The fully-equipped kitchen, featuring granite countertops and stainless appliances, includes an island bar seating 4 and a dining table seating 6.
