Unacceptable

No utensils...it was my friend's birthday so we had to eat cake with our hands. No hand soap so nobody wanted to use the bathroom. Advertised as sleeps 6 when it really sleeps 5 max so some of us had to leave. The "pull out couch" does not pull out it's just a couch with no bedding included. So even though six of us came only 4 of us could comfortably stay. Think before you book, very unhappy with my first VRBO experience.
