The home is very breezy and spacious in comfort. So close to all amenities…5 mins walking distance to supermarkets, easy access to public transportation & beaches, 7mins from St Lawrence night life, 15 mins to Oistins, 15 mins from the airport,15 mins to the city Bridgetown. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful surrounded by other family homes, if you like to take walks for excercise or strolling the neighborhood is great for that away from the busy main streets.. Should you have a rental car there’s a carport. Within walking distance there’s the popular eating spot called Worthing Square there you’ll find several food truck with variety to tempt your plate. If you’re the adventurous type they’re load of spots to check out the culture of the island take a drive to the west of the island or to the east something to see for everyone!

What makes this property unique

My home is my family house, built by my grandfather in the seventies his design was pretty modern for that era. Although the interior was modernized it hasn't taken away from the cozy feel it brings.
