The kitchen and bathrooms have granite surfaces, four poster super king size bed and jacuzzi in the master suite. Air condition in bedrooms 2 master suites one with dressing room and bathroom with jacuzzi separate walk in shower double sinks rain shower heads wet rooms in the other bathrooms. Hand crafted kitchen, new stainless steel appliances microwave, american fridge freezer with gas cooker, granite work tops, breakfast bar seating for 6 looking over the pool, ceiling fans in every room. Air conditioned bedrooms with sea views Large wrap around terrace with infinity pool and ocean view.

Parrots hummingbirds , horses all surround the property
Security cameras and lights safe quiet and secure area
Short distance to Resturant’s bars and supermarket .
Internet, telephone all local calls on the island are free ,50 inch wide smart tv multi channels ,super fast fiber internet , local radio , multi gym, treadmill second living space with 50 inch tv Firestick with all movies and international sports in several languages
The kitchen has all the seasoning home from home .
The villa is close to horse riding, local shops short drive to oistins and Miami beach looks on to long beach other beaches close by. Ideal for couples, ideal for a laid back relaxing break but close to all the action.

The villa is my home and very well maintained and recently upgraded with new furniture and soft furnishings the property is rented for holiday accommodation only and not parties or functions

I do have a apartment downstairs completely separate and private from the villa , the apartment is used only by the owner different times of the year when there on business or any maintenance is needed normally winter months

The house absolutely beautiful very spacious and comfortable it did advertise for a spa tub off the main bedroom but did not work other than that I would stay there again beds were super comfortable Furniture was very comfortable pool was beautiful

Good Stay at Wilcox Terrace Property

We (3 couples) stayed for 6 nights and it was very pleasant and comfortable. The house was generally in good condition (with a few glitches here and there that created minor inconveniences but no show stoppers) and reasonably well outfitted. The host of the property was in residence, and she remained available and helpful throughout our stay. We were generally satisfied with this property rental, and would recommend it to others.

Great Barbados Getaway

Spacious, clean house with great view and pool. Good location not too far from beaches and restaurants. Easy to park right in front. Beds comfortable and AC worked well. Host was easy to contact and available to help as required. Would absolutely stay again if we go back to Barbados.

Outstanding property

We have stayed at this beautiful house several times now. For us, it is a little piece of paradise. Great views. Well appointed and comfortable house. Owner is lovely. Highly recommend it to anyone seeking a quiet and relaxing holiday in a fabulous location.

Home away from home!

Margaret's house was spacious and the pool patio was perfect. We spent all of our time outside enjoying the views of the ocean, the horses, monkeys, hummingbirds, parrots and night sky! We knew that we would need transportation to access the island, but when we came home each night it was heaven to be tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the busier parts of the island. You are close to Oistins Fish Fry - highly recommend the excellent fish and people watching. We even went back for lunch. Enjoy!

Excellent Family Vacation

The property was amazing and perfect for a family retreat. We loved having the beautiful pool to ourselves, up on a hill with a beautiful view below. Personally, seeing the horses and monkeys in the field behind the property made it ideal! The house was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. I would recommend this place with no hesitation! Margaret was always very helpful if we had any questions and gave us lots of great recommendations for things to do!

Veey spacious and lovely villa in peaceful location.

Set up high above the Oistins area is the really lovely villa, equipped with everything you need including huge comfy beds,large bathrooms and a super infinity pool with wrap around terrace for sunbathing, dining or just wstching the monkeys & humming birds.

Family trip to Barbados

This was our first trip to Barbados and we loved it. Margaret’s house was a great base to explore the island from. We loved having the pool for morning and evening dips and days when we felt like hanging around. The location was quiet and lovely with panoramic views over the neighborhood to the ocean. Margaret was super helpful as we planned our trip and went above and beyond to help us with a rental car and New Years Eve planning.

Lovely property, well maintained and very welcoming owner. The property is not close to too many activities or restaurants etc so a car is essential but great if you want to get away from the crowds. Would thoroughly recommend if you enjoy seclusion and self sufficiency.

Beautiful, well-appointed property

Our favourite place, without question, to stay in Barbados. My husband has been coming to Barbados for 35 years (I have been coming with him for the past 7) and we both agree this house is our favourite. The owner has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We will be returning as often as we can! We both believe, you ideally should have a car to get around though (get groceries, restaurants, etc), but it is a spectacular home.

Great spot, and Magz was a great host! Really nice upscale Villa with a great pool and absolutely fantastic views - exactly as shown in the pics. Everything on the southwest side is within 20 minutes - only reason location isn't a perfect 5 is that you'll need a rental car or cabs to get around (but same is true everywhere unless you book in at a resort and stay put) - host can help you with both taxis or rental car as well. We would definitely book here again if we come back - can't say enough good things about our stay!

Our Favourite Island Property

We have had the fortunate opportunity to travel the world and have stayed in some amazing homes. This one is our favourite and we are always excited to return to it. For us, the location is perfect. It is in a residential neighbourhood, so away from tourists. It in a spectacular location overlooking Oistins and the sea. The owner has truly thought of every way possible to make your stay comfortable....from super comfy chairs in the front (with a beautiful jungle feel!), to thick comfortable loungers by the infinity pool in the back. The added bonus are the flowers, the monkeys, the birds, the butterflies, the green parrots (this year!), the horses in the field below and in the past the goats! HIGHLY recommend this property. The owner is also super great to work with. Lovely woman.

Great pool, fabulous view, constant cooling breeze

The villa was as presented in the pictures and well maintained. Margaret was friendly and helpful, and responded quickly to questions. She also made excellent suggestions for activities and places to eat. We all had a wonderful time. Bring your Firestick, Roku, or Apple TV for the 2nd TV. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay

The family really enjoyed our stay in Oistins at this property. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the airport. It was in a great location for commuting around the island.. The kids loved swimming in the infinite pool, looking at the ocean, and were exiting to see horses and monkeys walking around nearby. The house was clean and looks identical to the pictures. We felt at home instantly. Thanks Margaret for letting us use your lovely home.

Thanksgiving in Barbados

We've visited Barbados many times, and this is one of the very best trips I can remember. This villa is 10 out of 10 across the board! We were three friends and all had our own room and en suite. All the furnishings are lovely and everything works (lights, fans, AC units, kitchen appliances, deck chairs and loungers, TVs, pool is brilliant, etc...) Mags is an awesome host. The only hiccup we had was a clogged shower drain, which was sorted within an hour and did not reoccur. The location is perfect in our opinion with access to the whole South Coast and easy connection to the highway if you want to venture up the West coast or East for the day. Villa is perched on a ridge with a lovely sea view, a nice breeze all day, and is located in a cul-du-sac so no through traffic. Closer to the airport than I thought it would be- but we had no noise from planes at all. One of the best value for money places I've seen in over 12 visits to the island!

Magnificent property!!!

This is by far the most amazing VRBO I have ever stayed at!!! Super clean and just exactly as it was listed! The location was absolutely perfect - in a nice quiet neighborhood not around all the hustle and bustle. The pool was stunning as it looks out over the southern part out to the ocean. I just can’t say enough good about this property and Margaret! If you are visiting Barbados - you will not be disappointed staying here! LOVE LOVE LOVE this place!!! Thank you so much Margaret!!!

Wonderful

Perfect as pictures . Location with views over to the sea was so peaceful and relaxing loved sitting out on the front verianda at night with the palm trees blowing and tropical sounds . Location perfect away from hustle n bustle but a short car journey as 10min away when you wont to join in with the locals and tourist. Do visit local rum bars we had best time with locals. Margaret is a mind of information and happy to help and Andrew is a star with taxi runs and tours with local spots you may not find . You will not be disappointed with either location accommodation host locals or Barbados as a destination . Thank you all for a fab and memorable time jane
