If its golf you like Barbados possesses an incredible richness of golf courses. On the South Coast can be found The Barbados Golf Club, a well-maintained championship course that is open to the public, as is Club Rockley, a 9-hole enjoyable course.

We hope to welcome you soon to our Sapphire in Barbados and know your first stay will be your first of many. Note: We can accommodate very comfortably in each room 2 guests for a total of 6 guest and on occasion we can accommodate an extra 1 adult and or 2 children's in room #2 for a total of 8 guests.

In Barbados electricity is generated with solar and fossil fuels. We have smart energy saving system in place to help the Island be a bit more sustainable. To do this we use a Leviton control system that controls all our AC units. During the day, when a room door is left open, it shuts off the AC after 15 mins to save energy. And when there's no motion in a room, it turns off after 15 mins.

Our property manager will take care of you and accommodate all of your needs while on our property.

We really enjoyed staying at Fran’s place! She is a fantastic host! The condo is beautiful - inside and out. It was very clean and organized, and everything was in excellent condition. The kitchen was well stocked - there wasn’t a thing that we needed that wasn’t there - and even the glasses and mugs were pretty. Being on the 5th floor, the view was spectacular, and we spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying it. We hope to return next year!

Excellent place to stay, condo was a great size for our party of 5. Location is great as you can walk to dinner every night and the beach was great while we were there. Check in and check out was easy and our flight was delayed going home and security kept our bags for us so we could go to Bridgetown since we had extra time. We would book again.

My family and I traveled to Barbados to help settle a family member attending Ross University school of Medicine and attend White coat ceremony as well as explore the island. Our stay was wonderful and will definitely be returning. The condo was in walking distance to many shops, great places to eat. We loved eating at Daddy’s just steps from the condo. The beaches are beautiful and we even saw sea turtles while in the ocean just steps from our condo. Condo was amazing and true to listing. We had everything needed for our nine nights there. The property was well maintained, clean, safe and we all felt very comfortable in the area and the surrounding areas we went to. Our stay at the condo went so smoothly we never had the need to call owner or manager of property from checking in to checking out. Amazing place and beautiful people here in Barbados.

Fran was an excellent host. Our stay was fantastic. Condo was clean and just as described. The location was perfect. We could walk to tons of restaurants and stores to shop. Perfect Vacation

We have been renting in Barbados for many years and it was our first stay at this property. The unit was very well located near St-Lawrence Gap restaurants, right on the beach and was absolutely spotless, well furnished and beautifully appointed. The pictures reflect perfectly its beauty and comfort. The owner, project manager and management firm representative were easy to reach and very prompt to answer any queries we had before and during our stay. We can't wait to come back again.

Thank-you for viewing our property. We fell in love with Barbados 15 years ago. Its a safe place and the people are friendly. We love cooking and cocktails and the kitchen here has everything we need. We have been involved in real estate for some time now. Knowing Barbados and owning property on the south coast made sense to us. Beach and blue skies. We can't ask for more.

Why they chose this property

There are many reasons we chose our Barbados property. The beach, the weather which is always around 29 degrees Celsius and the lack of hurricanes are the primary reasons for purchasing this property. The stability of the Island and the friendly population are also main contributing factors. Flights are readily available and Bajan standards are modeled after British and North American standards so everything in pretty much comparable to back home...except the weather.

What makes this property unique

Amazing views overlooking Dover beach from a top floor perspective. There is active bird watching from the unit of many local species. The master bedroom opens to a large terrace overlooking the south ocean with its amazing turquoise waters. Restaurants and many amenities all within walking distance.
