Maxwell Beach Residence 1 is one of Barbados' newest luxurious beach-front condominium properties available for holiday rentals which offers ultra stylish and contemporary beach-front living unlike any other.

Our South Coast location offers direct access to quiet, pristine white sandy beaches and to some of the best dining, shopping and nightlife in Barbados, including St. Lawrence Gap and Oistins. We are 15 minutes away from Grantley Adams International Airport and Bridgetown. We are located just off of Maxwell Coast Road, well secluded and tucked away from the busy main roads.

Maxwell Beach Residence 1 offers 3 bedrooms (1 Queen Ensuited bedroom, 1 King Ensuited Bedroom and 2 Twin Beds that can be converted into a King Bed and with a bath). Featuring a beautifully designed Italian kitchen with granite marble counter tops with breakfast stools. It also has a fully fitted kitchen with GE appliances. The kitchen includes a double-door refrigerator, electric stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender and washer/dryer. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on your own private balcony with astonishing views overlooking the pool, garden and the beautiful Ocean.

Maxwell Beach Residence 1 also offers free Wifi/Internet Access, a fully equipped cardio and weight gym, elevator access, private parking and 24 hour on-site security.

This VRBO in Barbados was truly a hidden gem right on the beach. The property was spacious with three cozy rooms and offered a stunning view of the ocean, with an equally beautiful perspective from the balcony where I enjoyed relaxing early mornings and sunsets. The host, Michal was incredibly attentive, always quick to respond to my questions and concerns and even provided helpful details about transportation that made getting around the island so much easier.The place itself was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. I felt completely at ease knowing the property was secured with gated access and on-site security. Altogether, it was the perfect blend of comfort, safety, and natural beauty from the beacg. This is an ideal beachside retreat for anyone looking for a cozy place.Looking forward to booking again next year

A fabulous rental on one of the best beaches in Barbados.

The beach was wide and sandy and best of all it was virtually empty the whole time. The pool was nice and again it was hardly used at all by the other guests so we had that and the hot tub to ourselves the whole two weeks. The unit was very nice with three good-sized rooms in a boutique condominium development. Overall it was an excellent combination of beach, condo and value.

Barbados beach stay

We had a wonderful beachfront vacation at this property! With 3 bedrooms and baths, there was plenty of space for our family. The ocean view from the living room was gorgeous. The beach was nice and we also enjoyed the pool. The location was off the beaten path and felt private, but was also a short drive to restaurants and activities. We will visit again!

Beautiful villa, beach!

We loved unit #302 at Ocean 1. The unit is exactly like the photos, maybe even better in person. Beach is quiet and lovely and close enough to walk to nearby restaurants and surf lessons for the kids. Highly recommend!

An incredible stay!

The condo is spacious, immaculately clean, and incredibly comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with every pan and utensil you could possibly need. The complex is just steps away from a quiet, uncrowded beach, and the ocean views from the deck are breathtaking. We loved having our meals out there, enjoying the serene atmosphere. We also took advantage of the provided driver, Wayne, for several outings, including a fantastic day trip around the island (which we highly recommend). Wayne was always punctual, knowledgeable, and friendly, making our experience even more enjoyable.

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our time living in Maxwell Residence. This condo is very well-maintained in terms of cleanliness and amenities. The Maxwell Residence personnel - from hosts, to housekeeping, to transportation, and building staff - are exceptional in what they do to ensure guests are comfortable and pleased. Looking forward to returning; would certainly stay here again; and strongly recommend to others. Thank you for taking wonderful care of us, and for being so professional and kind. Barbados is a lovely country, with lovely people.

Most amazing stay on Maxwell Coast

Six of us stayed at this gorgeous condo for 3 days, and wished we had booked it for longer! The condo itself is beautiful - modern, spacious, bright, and immaculate. Plus, there is a lovely pool and the beach is only a few metres away. The location is also wonderful - within walking distance of St. Lawrence Gap and Oistins. The pictures and description are very accurate. There are no surprises - it is exactly as portrayed, and it is beautiful. Not only is the condo beautiful, it is very well equipped and maintained. Our stay even included a free starter pack of groceries, which was appreciated so much. Clearly this owner takes very good care of her property. There is also a gym, and a roof top barbecue which we used one evening for dinner. Most of all, we appreciated the terrific communication and service from Kathi. She always answered any emails promptly, and was so gracious and welcoming to us. She even stopped by on our last day to meet us. We think this may be the best vacation rental we have ever stayed. Can't wait to stay here again.

Beautiful condo with everything you’d need for a wonderful vacation. The view from the balcony right on the beach is paradise! The beach is wide, clean and quiet. Great location too, very safe. Only negative- the bedrooms don’t have windows to outside only interior hallways. Not a huge issue but worth mentioning.

The pictures don’t do this space justice. It’s a spacious, quiet, great spot overlooking the beach with easy access to St. Lawrence Gap, Bridgetown, Oistins, and more! The property manager was responsive, flexible, and answered all our questions very helpfully.

Wonderful property! Only issue is the reservation of sun loungers. Building Management needs to curb this nasty practice. Building strata needs to replace the old uncomfortable sun loungers which would then remove the motivation to participate in this selfish practice.The condo itself and property manager were outstanding. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beachfront property, and I can't say enough good things about the experience! The location was absolutely breathtaking, with the sound of the waves and the stunning view right from our doorstep. The property itself was well-maintained, clean, and beautifully designed. The convenience of having the beach just steps away was a dream come true. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this beachfront property to anyone looking for a perfect seaside getaway. It's a slice of paradise that left me with wonderful memories and a longing to return.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everyone was friendly and kind. The apartment was even better than we expected. Very spacious and well stocked. We were thrilled to find beach toys for our toddler to use in the unit.

Great ocean front property

Great 3-bedroom spacious property with all the amenities needed. There was even a spice drawer and a starter pkg of groceries in the fridge. There was soap, and hair products as well. Much appreciated. The AC was wonky but Akilah was awesome at getting a guy in to reprogram it asap. Cleaner came once and did a great job. Best part was the ocean front view and the beautiful sandy beach. The sargassum came and went but it was minimal at this location which was great. Only suggestion would be beach umbrellas (2) to use with the provided loungers when you want to go to the beach in front of the unit. Otherwise awesome. Thanks.
