St. Lawrence Gap and the town of Oistins. 201 is a second floor unit with stunning views of the
Caribbean Sea and easy access to the pool and beach.

From your apartment you can wake up to the sound of the waves every morning in this open plan 1360
sqare foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom luxury condominium, which is fully air conditioned and has ceiling
fans throughout.

Many amenities are nearby; Both Worthing and Oistins are nearby with grocery stores, banks,
convenience stores, duty free shops, and countless other conveniences and attractions. There are a
large array of dining options available, from casual beach restaurants to trendy sports bars to some
of the finest restaurants on the island.


Near by: World famous St Lawrence Gap is just up the road offering
the most extensive night life in Barbados. Next door is the 'Happy Star Fish' a wonderful
casual and affordable restaurant and bar stretching out over the ocean that serves breakfast, lunch,
and dinner every day of the year.

Excellent holiday. Maxwell Beach Villas 201 is probably the best equipped holiday apartment I have ever rented. Apartment spotlessly clean and pool and grounds extremely well maintained. View of the pool and ocean from the balcony was stunning and beach which is accessed directly from the garden was beautiful and almost deserted most days. Yonette at front desk was very welcoming and a joy to deal with. Welcome gift of rum punch and coconut bread a nice touch! I would highly recommend this property and hope to return sometime soon.

Fantastic spacious appartment with wonderful views, and in a great Location.

We spent a week in Maxwell Beach Villa 201. It was a great stay. The condo was clean and very well appointed. Everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. The pool was great and the beach was very nice. The furniture was comfortable and also the beds. The patio was great to relax on Would not hesitate to stay here in the future.

Perfect Getaway

We loved our stay here. The view from the condo was amazing, right on the beach and within walking distance to the grocery store and fish market. We had plans to do more sightseeing but instead spent most of our time right there on the beach! Will definitely try to come again!

Beautiful place with a beautiful view. Great sand beach right there and a great pool area. Lots of chairs and loungers. Some loungers to take to the beach. Groceries and a good selection of restaurants all within walking distance.

Winter getaway

This was our second time here. You won’t find a. You won’t find better place to stay. Restaurants and groceries a short walk away. A beautiful beach just outside the door. The waves were much bigger than usual for the first couple of days and then settled in to more normal. The sargassum was not a problem until the last day where it came in very heavy. Highly recommend this location.

Great apartment and location

We wanted to stay on the South coast for the first week of our holiday and the apartment was in a perfect location. Pool and loungers and the sandy beach, which was through a secure gate on the side of the property, was very quiet and safe to swim in. Close to places to eat and Oistins was only a 10 minute walk along the pavement. Apartment is very well appointed and had everything we needed. Local place making roti’s is next door and hotel, which has an outside eating bar and eating area, is only a few minutes along the beach. We will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in Maxwell Beach Villas! Both bedrooms are very nice and comfortable. If you have 2 couples, the queen bathroom can be accessed through the bedroom for privacy. The view is gorgeous, the pool and grounds are very clean, and it has an elevator to take you and your luggage. The security and all the staff were nice and super helpful. We loved being on the south of the island as opposed to the west where we’ve stayed before. It is close to Oistins, shopping, restaurants, snorkeling, and diving. Highly recommend!

BEAUTIFUL VILLA

Just wanted to thank Peter Gooding and Caesar for all their help while we were guests of Apt. 201.....the place is clean, the MOST comfortable beds, the king and the queen room, tons and tons of closet space for us ladies....Also everything in the kitchen is top of the line from the coffee pots, blenders to the pots and pans. Even the utensils were name brands - impressive. We rented a mini-moke for $700 dollars for five days, split between two couples - not bad. It was so much fun to hop into that car and sight see, cheap on gas, easy to park - I highly recommend it. The Island is so small and charming and feels so safe, we became part of the party just sitting in our car at a light - people are so friendly. Another recommendation we have (that someone gave us while dining at Luigi's Restaurant) was an out-of-the-way place called Shakers. The food was excellent, we went three times during our stay, reasonable, reasonable rates, the best fall-off-the bone BBQ ribs EVER....garlic mashed potatoes and crispy salad, the next time a great steak with 5 or 6 tasty shrimp lying across the top - TO DIE FOR......the owners - so fantastic as well. He mixed us up thee MOST spicy caesar drink (we are Canadians) love us some clamato - they had that........also the chicken dinner was so fantastic - we never got to try it - we always ate later on - and the chicken was always GONE - apparently amazing. Anyhow that's about it - also weather was SUPER - went for 11 days, it rained once for 5 minuets (they called it LIQUID SUNSHINE)....highly recommend Maxwell Beach Villa - Apartment 201 - and Shakers Restaurant - and the mini-mokes..........

Fabulous stay. The unit was exactly as advertised in a spotlessly kept condo complex with a spectacular view of the ocean.We were incredibly impressed with the attention to detail in our unit which exceptionally well appointed for efficiency. Too many details to list but the owner has considered everything even small things to keep guests happy. We even received delicious rum punch and coconut bread on arrival. Yonette, the onsite manager was immediately accessible and responsive to any questions we had.

We had ocean view and it was beautiful. We had a huge patio to use while we enjoying our view. The only thing was the small bathroom was way too small and the furniture could use an upgrade. Other than that it had everything we needed plus more. All the workers were super nice and help us out with any requests we had.

Wundervolle Wohnung mit Traumausblick

Wir waren in dieser Wohnung mit meiner Familie zu viert und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche übrig und der Ausblick ist einfach unbezahlbar gut. Toni die Servicemitarbeiterin im Haus war der gute Engel und hat uns tatkräftig bei unseren Wünschen unterstützt. So wurde bei der Anreise der Kühlschrank mit ein paar Lebensmitteln nach unseren Wûnschen befühlt. Das Appartment wurde während unseres Aufenthalt auch regelmäßig gereinigt.Die Lage des Appartments ist sehr gut gelegen mit zahlreiche Einkaufs- und Essensgelegenheiten, die fussläufig bzw. mit den am Haus vorbeifahrenden Mini-Bussen zu erreichen sind. Einziger Negativ-Punkt ist das der Straßenlärm in dem zur Straße gelegenen Schlafzimmer ab dem Morgen tagsüber gut zu hören ist, aber das ist Klagen auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Alles im allen eine hervorragende Unterkunft mit hohen Wohlfühlfaktor. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen

My wife and I are both Barbadian and Canadian citizens. We have residences in both Canada and Barbados. We are semi retired and enjoy spending as much time in Barbados as possible. We are also pleased that most if not all of our guests very much enjoy our property and many return year after year. Also our guests tend to care for the property and treat it like it was their own.

Why they chose this property

We are within walking distance from Oistins which offers grocery shopping, restaurants and our famous Oistins Fish Fry.
The beaches are clean, pure sand, mostly alcoved between points, and not overcrowded.
We are not far from St. Lawrence Gap, Worthing beaches and shopping, and Carlise Bay which is about a 10 minute car ride along the coast. Taxi fares are quite reasonable.

What makes this property unique

Our property is quite modern with mostly upscale appliances and furniture. The balcony offers partial sun and partial shade throughout the day. The views of the ocean are stunning. Also visible below is the pool and garden area which juts out over the ocean. And which is totally private, only for the use of the building quests. There are 15 apartments total. Chairs and tables with umbrellas are available for our guests. Also separate beach chairs.
There is usually a gentle breeze blowing to keep you feeling comfortable. And a lovely restaurant next door also situated right on the ocean.
