One of the best locations on the island and approved for direct arrivals and quarantine if needed. We have two adjacent 2 bed 2 bath units both with stunning Oceanfront locations. Walk to sandy beaches, or take elevator to oceanside pool, direct sea access, condo feels very private, yet is close to everything. Beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom, modern, romantic beachfront property is fully air-conditioned. The living room and king bedded master bedroom with en-suite bathroom have stunning, unblocked views over the sand and blue Caribbean Sea. Beaches are just steps away. On entering there is an open plan living room and kitchen, with top appliances and a/c, facing onto a private terrace that has further stunning unobstructed ocean views, and is furnished for dining and relaxing. Convenient steps or lift direct to the swimming pool, sandy beach and pier. The Second bedroom, has two queen beds or can be configured as a double. All rooms have ceiling fans as well as air-conditioning. Each bedroom can be configured into single or king beds according to your requirements. Non-smoking unit. Excellent location!

Nice, tidy apartment with a beautiful view. We had the pool to ourselves on most days and Dover Beach was a short walk away. There were tons of restaurants just steps away and everything else was very close. Tony and Michelle were both very responsive when I contacted them. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely vacation

We traveled down for a high school graduation celebration trip with my niece. The condo was perfect and the communication was great. From the time I booked the condo to when we left. Any questions I had was greeted with a prompt respond full of positive information for our trip. The location was perfect. In walking distance of so many great restaurants and easy access to the beach. Our pool was perfect. The condo complex never felt crowded and the local community was super friendly and welcoming. I would stay here again for sure!

Amazing Views/Perfect Location/Great Apartment

This property was absolutely perfect. From the time of booking Tony reached out immediately to confirm the booking and answer any questions. I was provided with great recommendations which I used the entire time of my stay. A day before arrival I was provided with all of the checkin information and checkin was beyond easy. When you walk in the view of the ocean is incredible. The door to the balcony opens wide and you can listen to the waves and look down over the pool. The image in the listing is EXACTLY what it looks like. The apartment was freshly cleaned and had everything you needed for the stay. The washer and dryer were downstairs in the common area but were empty and ready to use both times I need them. The pool was perfect and warm - just walk right in. As for the location, it couldn't be more perfect. There are only a few areas on the island where dinner/nightlife are located and when you walk out of the front door you are right in the middle of one of them. Restaurants to the right and left. From upscale, to local, to a street bbq. Whatever you want is right there. There's also a convenient store so you can pick up some items for the stay. There is a great beach about 2 minutes away. Light waves and great sand. Other beaches are just a short ride away. I highly recommend this location and promise you will too.

Great location and stunning views

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Tony’s condo. He gave us excellent recommendations of places to go and restaurants to visit. The property manager Michelle also went above and beyond to make our week special as it was our honeymoon. Great communication with her and also the hosts. Check-in/out was a breeze and is contactless. As other reviewers have mentioned the furnishings and the inside of the condo could use a little updating, but you really can’t beat the view and the location. St. Lawrence Gap has so many options for food and drink. There are restaurants right across the street and a plethora within walking distance. The gap does get loud at night but the sounds are pretty muffled in the condo, especially with the AC on. It really didn’t bother us at all but I thought it would be worth a mention. It might be louder if you were staying in the second bedroom that is closer to the street. Overall we had such a nice time. The view from the balcony is truly stunning, and the hosts were very helpful and gracious.

First Time Visit To Barbados

Location and view are fantastic. Very spacious, clean, and views are just wonderful. Yes it does needs some updating as previously been mentioned but is just the perfect place. A huge thanks to Tony, very responsive and informative, gave us great comfort for our first (but not last) visit to Barbados 👍

St Lawrence get away

Very nice property with beautiful views. Nice, clean well equipped condo. Comfortable for 2, 3 or people. Communicatio s with both the owner and the in country property manager were excellent. Would definitely consider it again!

Exceeded expectations

Wonderful experience from start to finish!!! First off, Tony is so responsive! The best host we’ve ever had. Loved dealing with him. Place is exactly as pictured. Yes it is a bit dated, but very clean and well furnished. Towels, linens, toilet paper all of high quality. Cleaning service came every 4 days which was much appreciated. Orietta does a fantastic job. Check in and check out was very easy. Michelle was also great to deal with onsite. Reason it exceeded our expectations was because of the beach! Better than described in some reviews. We went in the ocean at least twice a day. You can walk out quite far and still be in shallow water with a nice sandy bottom. It was nice not to have to leave the property. Pool area is beautiful and well equipped with loungers, bali beds, tables, umbrellas, chairs and grill which we used a few times. The whole property is very well kept. Safe, secure area. No car needed as everything is within walking distance. We have no hesitation in recommending this place and would not hesitate to return.

Beautiful View

The condo is literally right in the middle of St. Lawrence Gap. We were afraid that the music would be too much late at night but with the air conditioning on we could hardly here it. The condo was a little tired, meaning it’s time for some new appliances and maybe upgraded furniture, but the view sold it for us. We came from Kansas, which is directly in the center of the U.S., which means the only water we can see are lakes which are several hours from our home. We spent countless hours sitting on the balcony just watching and listening to the ocean roll. It was fabulous to be able to enjoy it for ten days. We’d like to thank Michelle, the property manager, for her help and kindness during our stay. We had a few minor issues but she solved our problems quickly and with cheer. If you’re looking for a stay right on the ocean, this condo has it!

WOW - Amazing view and amazing location!!

If you are looking for a prime location and ocean view - this is the place. It’s just as spectacular as the advertised photo. Property Management was amazing at communication and care. The condo is beautifully appointed and we would wish to stay here again should we return in future. Being right in St.Lawrence Gap with all the restaurants at your door step + being right on the ocean = AMAZING CHOICE!!

Great stay in the Gap

This condo is exactly as pictured and advertised. It is modern, clean, and very well maintained, in addition to having amazing views. The location is excellent, with a short walk to great beaches, restaurants across the street, and bars and music immediately nearby. The building has on-site parking and security. Coordination for check-in and check out was clear and seamless. The patio is awesome with the best view. Barbados also has good Covid-19 procedures. That included our point of contact, who was masked each time we saw her. We recommend this rental.

Highly recommend!

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying in the Gap. There are many bars and restaurants to go to within walking distance. However, the noise from outside did not travel to the apartment which was very good. There is also 24/7 security. Tony & Nicole are great hosts. Due to COVID-19 restrictions we had many questions and Tony responded very quickly each time. Throughout our stay Nicole gave us great information and was also extremely responsive. It was very convenient to stay at the same place we quarantined so we did not have to book two separate locations. They also arranged a grocery delivery prior to our arrival so the fridge was stocked while we had to quarantine. Overall the condo has a beautiful view and was very cozy. I highly recommend for friends, couples or small families.

The Good, The Bad and the Very Ugly

The Good: the property manager (Michelle) was awesome. Very responsive. The view was beautiful, overlooking the ocean with waves cascading with great sunsets. As I discovered on my walks, these are not unique to this property. The Bad: Where do I start? The second bedroom had no window to the outside world, just to an outside hallway; the kitchen was poorly equipped and in desperate need for things as simple as cutlery, cups, glasses, bowls etc to be purchased (which the property manager did, but only after I complained); the hot water heater needed to be adjusted ; the air conditioners constantly turned off on their own. That was more of a problem in the master bedroom since we had to regularly through the night turn the AC back on after waking up in a sweat; the pillows and bedding need to be replaced as they are old and uncomfortable. The Very Ugly: Unfortunately during our stay, there was a leak from another unit that needed to be repaired accessing pipes from my rental (specifically the second bedroom closet). I was not told that the workers were going to rip open the walls with jack hammers (or whatever they used). More importantly, I had a number of items in the closet and room that were not removed. It was a disaster. The second bedroom could not be used after that construction. While the owner advised that I would be given some type of discount for the inconvenience, no such compensation was ever paid. Things got much worse when the COVID pandemic required many foreign travelers like me to return back to their home countries while flights were still available to do so. I had to leave almost 2 months prematurely. I learned in the days leading up to my departure that many landlords of rental properties there gave refunds to their renters. NOT MY LANDLORD. No. The vague offer from the landlord was to return the difference (or surplus?) if the unit was rented after I left. Kind of difficult to rent if the landlord doesn't take the property off VRBO as being rented! Long story, all to say that in my opinion, the landlord could have done the right thing as many other landlords were doing, and he did not. Plenty of other places on this beautiful island. Stay elsewhere.

Covid in Barbados

My partner and I just finished a two month stay in Barbados at this St Lawrence Beach Condo. Fabulous! The pictures don't do the view justice and the sound of the surf 24/7 is wonderful. The complex is well maintained and Michele (the property manager) was always there to help us with any condo issue or repair. Due to Covid we spent more time than normal at home. Thus, we were happy that we brought our Chrome cast in order to watch Netflix and YouTube movies. The kitchen was minimally equipped, but with a few of our additions it functioned. Not a luxurious decor but very very functional. We still miss the dual loveseats! A car isn't necessary if you're willing to use the local buses and occasional taxi. The nearby grocery stores are walkable. As well as local restaurants. A pleasant surprise was the lovely low tide beach. With low tide and good weather, strong swimmers can have a great time. We enjoyed ourselves so much that (Covid permitting) we plan to return again this year.

Fantastic stay

Tony was an excellent host. Everything was exactly as expected. We were nervous travelling with the current covid restrictions but Tony put any concerns we had at ease and was incredibly responsive & proactive. A lovely spacious apartment with a pool downstairs that overlooks the beach. St Lawrence Gap is a place you must stay at, fantastic restaurants & bars all around. My favourite place on the island!

Perfect Perfect Perfect

The location is perfect if this is your first time or hundredth time visiting beautiful Barbados. Communication was great with Tony and Michelle. We stayed for 10 days and really felt at home and safe. Jerry and Michael the security guards were warm and welcoming. Every three days our room was deep cleaned which was a perfect amount for us as we like to stay tidy. We honestly weren’t expecting house keeping but thankful for the fresh sheets and towels. Upon arrival we were greeted by Sara who showed us the beautiful space. Jerry and Michael the security guards were warm and welcoming And we enjoyed our evening conversations with them. The condo is surrounded by restaurants, bars, and a club. Which makes getting around at night for the anxious a wonderful extra. The location on the island is perfect as well. Right down the street is the fish market and beaches. The condo does have a small beach area but once the tide comes in and the beach disappears but that was not a problem for us. Snorkeling in front of the condo was great as there was a beautiful reef. Only issue we had was the coffee pot stopped on day two. We just used the kettle to make our coffee.

Dream Vacation

This property, location, and management were all amazing. They thought ahead of things that would make arrival easier on us (like helping us to arrange a car and a stop at the supermarket). the unit had everything and we loved our time there. Great facility outside and accomodation in. Very well equipped and gorgeous view. We would stay again in a heartbeat!!
