House of Rio, Seaside Getaway

House of Rio is nestled between downtown Stuart and Jensen. Visit amazing coffee shops, restaurants, boutiques, & take in all the old Florida charm. At the end of our street is water access to the St Lucie River. Inquire about our kayak rentals! A screened in patio is the perfect spot to enjoy a nice cup of Joe, courtesy of our Nespresso machine. Out back, enjoy our fully fenced yard, corn hole, stock tank pool, & fire pit. Don't miss our outdoor shower perfect after a trip to the beach, located 10 min away!

Rio is a quaint historic district in downtown Jensen Beach. Located between down town Jensen Beach and Stuart. Check out legendary Miss Peters smoke house with their famous smoked fish dip and seafood based Lightseys all in walking distance. The retro bowling alley is nearby as well as the cutest coffee truck at the Jensen Archway across from Langford park.

Free parking in the driveway and the street. Boat parking on the left side yard.
No Parties. No Smoking. No Cats. Quiet Hours 10pm - 8AM. Please be respectful to our home. Any damages or excessive cleaning will be charged to the guest.

Wonderful Spot!

We greatly enjoyed the cozy house in a quiet, safe, great location which allowed us to explore north to Hutchinson Island and south to Jupiter Island and beyond. Beautiful beaches and sites to see including Hobe Sound Wildlife Refuge, Riverbend Park, and House of Refuge. One restaurant we would add to the list of recommendations provided is District Table in Stuart. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Florida Mid-Century Vibe

This is our 2nd year staying at this lovely property. Very comfortable, great location and VERY well appointed! The kitchen is better than mine at home and the yard is so welcoming with the different areas - patio w/ table, grass, fire pit, & a fun farmhouse style hot tub! We love the old Florida vibe - the way it used to be. Great communication w/ the owner - if we had any questions. You will not be disappointed staying at this wonderful place.

Great house and location

Create property. Obviously recently remodeled. Backyard is landscaped very well there is a fire pit and a grill as well as multiple seating area. Even a small pool. Screened in patio. Great neighborhood close to everything. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice comfortable home with several spaces to ‘hang’. Good location for easy access to beaches, downtown Stuart, and Jensen Beach. Did not experience the backyard due to weather.
