Welcome to Palm Beach Club 219, where stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and Santa Rosa Sound await you! This gorgeous condo is located in the meticulously maintained and gated Palm Beach Club community. With over 1184 sf of living, this multi level unit has a vaulted ceiling on the top level with the living room and kitchen with fantastic views of Pensacola Sound. The kitchen is tiled and has a granite counter tops, stainless appliances and a pretty tile backsplash. Other amenities include covered parking, elevator access, washer/dryer, 3 TV’s, and 2 DVD players. The master bedroom is downstairs and has a king size bed, flatscreen tv, balcony access with sound views! The guest bedroom has a full sized bed with twin trundle and flatscreen tv. The guest bath has a shower. The pool area is beautifully maintained and raised to give you a great view of Santa Rosa Sound while enjoying your swim. If you are pulling a large trailer, there is an abundance of public parking located to the west of the complex. Palm Beach Club is a gated community at the very end of the beach adjacent to the National Seashore and the county recreational area. The complex is located directly on Santa Rosa Sound with its own private white sand beach and “no wake” area that offers a perfect spot to anchor your boat during your stay and keep the little ones out of the rough surf. Boasting only 84 luxury condos in four three-story buildings located directly on the Sound of Pensacola Bay with views of the Gulf of Mexico, you’ll enjoy the convenient elevator, designated private, covered parking and then open parking for guests or additional vehicles. Each condo has 2 balconies providing panoramic views of the water. There are also biking and jogging paths that run all over Pensacola Beach located directly in front of Palm Beach Club. On the gulf side there are numerous pavilions with charcoal grills. Additional pavilions and grills are on Santa Rosa Sound overlooking a man-made snorkeling reef. Under Construction

We have stayed at Palm Beach Club every summer for 10+ years. This summer, the complex was undergoing needed, major renovations. When our initial rental was impacted by these renovations, we had to scramble to be moved to another unit that would be safe and enjoyable for our family. Southern Rentals was great to work with and made the switch convenient. Our only complaint about this unit was a very strong mold/mildew smell and some small cleanliness issues when we first arrived. The smell faded quickly (within the first 1-2 days of our stay) after opening the doors in the unit. Overall, we love this location and had a nice stay. Once the building renovations are complete, it will be much more enjoyable.

Need remodeling!!!

First thing when you open the door you will see super dirty carpets! That place needs an update. The management team was super friendly and professional. After I showed them the pictures they offered us to move to a different location or return our money! We move out after third night (we had this rental for 7 nights) That property is not ready to have guests in it!!!

This unit needs updated.

The unit is in desperate need of being updated. The carpet is in terrible condition. The king bed is just on wooden blocks barely off the floor. Note the jacuzzi tub is your only means of bathing in your king suite and the jets do not work. Room was not ready until after 4 p.m. while fellow travelers staying in a different unit in the same condo had been n theirs much earlier. Its apparent this unit needs a lot of tlc. Sadly because the location is great I would not recommend staying here. The entire place was under construction and we were not notified. Stairs barracaded, painters all around our room and car. We also endured the tornado while there. So we slept 2 nights with no air one due to the unit breaking down and one due to power outage. Had it not been for the beauty of the Pensacola beaches this trip would had not been worth it but they are gorgeous. I would highly recommend choosing a different room for sure.
