About the host
Hosted by Philip Zweig
I was born in the Midwest state of Indiana. To be exact the city of Gary-which claim to fame is Michael Jackson and Jackson Five also the resilient immigrants who migrated to America in the late 1800s, which many worked at US. Steel which was started in 1906. Southeast of Chicago and along the southern shore of Lake Michigan. After my first five years in Gary, the family moved to Valparaiso, Indiana. Claim to fame in Valparaiso are notable-many humble hardworking folks, plus Orville Redenbacher’s which still to this day we have a annual Popcorn Festival, also the great University of Valparaiso, known for great programs in law-approximately 2900 enrolled. Plus one of first American University basketball teams to recruit the European players. Homer Drue has a legacy and his sons are all great coaches in their own right.
After graduating high school-as an option our family had a great uncle in Arizona. I was amazed I hadn’t ever been West but my sister went 1 year prior and then I arrived at Arizona State University. I have nothing but great things to say about doing my studies in undergraduate work with a B.S. in the sports medicine department, graduating with exercise physiology degree. Physics and Organic Chemistry were my nemesis . I however decided take time from graduate school in Physical therapy and ended up never pursuing. Stayed in Arizona, worked in Corporate America for 5 years. Then started in Real Estate. Have had great mentors to help me. Through the process I married, had two beautiful children and three fiercely loyal Labrador retrievers. Today my kids are grown. I am active in mentoring, coaching, traveling. Enjoy spiritual practices such as church, yoga, meditation. A couple of my hobbies are writing self help poetry and working with the mental health community. In between I like to travel and explore the outdoors. Of course enjoying a variety of amazing hosts properties via Vrbo. That’s me -would love to hear more about you.

Why they chose this property
All the neighborhoods I choose must be safe, quiet, and close to entertainment and dining. Each one of my properties comes with a lot of love. I want properties that I would feel safe and secure sending my loved ones. Parents, Siblings, Aunt and Uncles and my friends. So that is a “Must”
