This is a little one-bedroom condo. It's exactly what it says it is. It is close to downtown and within 10 minutes of anything you'd want to do in Mobile. An excellent place to stay.
I was visiting Mobile for the first time on business. The host was very responsive with excellent communication from booking thru my stay. Location is only 2 miles from restaurants on historic Dauphin Street. Quiet building and polite tenants. Winn Dixie grocery right next door. I would definitely book again when in the area.

Liked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
The owner of the property Clifton was there to meet us at check in and showed us the unit and where everything was and if we needed anything he was only a phone call away. He is very personable and definitely goes out his way to make sure his guest are taken care of. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, only 1.5 miles from downtown and very close to shopping & restaurants. Will definitely be staying here again when in Mobile 🙂

Great location, great value!
Very nice studio apartment with fully equipped kitchen and quaint balcony overlooking Government Street. Private parking lot is well lit and safe. Conveniently located next to Winn Dixie grocery and a 5 minute drive to downtown. The owner, Clifton Sons, is an excellent host. I highly recommend this property for singles or couples.
Very nice unit. Clean and comfortable. Host met us at the unit when we arrived. He even contacted us about someone we left behind, and arranged to meet us so we could get it back!!

Owner is kind and easy going.
Bed is too soft and squeaky.
Traffic was loud so sleep was depleted.
Sad since my son needed rest for a national tournament . House is on a busy road.
Thanks
I stayed at this property for eight weeks over the summer while I was completing an internship in Mobile, and it was a great place to stay. Clifton was a great host and was always responsive if I needed anything over the eight weeks vis text, but otherwise left me be. It is a perfect size for a single guy like me with a studio style layout, kitchen, and bathroom. I would go run almost everyday and it is in a great location to run to downtown Mobile as well as walk to Winn Dixi or Starbucks if you want something. It smelled nice in the apartment (no weird odors) and was very organized. There was a bit of an issue with roaches on the ground and the kitchen towards the latter end of my trip, but I did stay there a while and I am hoping perhaps an exterminator would come between stays and take care of that. Other than the bugs, this place was fantastic and would definitely stay again should I return to Mobile.
This is my 2nd time staying here. Clifton is an excellent host with a clean, perfectly located property. Having an Aldi next door is great for snacks and quick meals also. We had zero issues during our stay and highly recommend
I couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Clifton met us at the unit to give a quick tour. Even tho the building ac went out, he made sure to have a window unit installed before we arrived. I cannot praise this enough. I would definitely stay here again. Everything was exactly as described and the unit was very clwanu
The owner was very attentive. The location was easy to find. There was ample parking. The condo was clean and comfortable. The only downside was carrying our luggage up then down three flights of stairs. We did not realize the stair situation until after we had booked and would have canceled if we would could have without losing money. We were told someone would be available to help which did not happen.
Host is very responsive and kind. The place was exactly as advertised. It was clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The location was great. Thanks for the hospitality!
You won't be disappointed as you step back into time with this charming vintage property. The entire condo has so much character and was exceptionally clean- even the tile in the bathroom was sparkling. Both hosts, Clifton and his son Damien were such a pleasure to meet. They were waiting for us to arrive and then gave a tour of the property. They were also very responsive- accessible- easy to communicate with- went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The feeling of being at grandmother's home was so exciting and the balcony provided a nice place to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. The bed was also very comfortable and Clifton kindly left refreshments in the kitchen. Be prepared to climb up a couple flight of stairs because the condo is located on the third floor but I knew this when I reserved the place. I thought is was fun and a good way to get exercise. Overall, the stay was very enjoyable and I highly recommend this place giving both Clifton and the condo a 5 Star rating.
