• 570 square feet with living space, sleeping area and a kitchenette.
• A queen bed separated from the living space area by a sliding door.
• Living area space offers a sofa with a queen sleeper sofa, television and DVD player.
• The kitchenette is stocked with cooking utensils and a mini refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffeemaker, and stove top. There is no oven.
• A full bathroom with an oversized bathtub.
• The Studio Condominium accommodates 2 to 4 people.

Studio condo #154 is an ideal retreat for those seeking a ski-in/ski-out experience. This sunny 570 square foot studio is perfect for a couple, a small family or a couple of friends. Located right on the slopes, this cozy condo offers both comfort and convenience for your vacation.

Upon entering this spacious studio, you'll find the kitchenette and living space first. The living space is a great gathering zone after your day of playing outside. The sleeper sofa adds a spot for family or friends.

The kitchenette comes equipped with a mini-refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and dishwasher. There is no oven. The bathroom is roomy with plenty of counter space and an oversized tub/shower.

The queen bed has a wooden bed frame and the sleeping area is thoughtfully separated from the living space by a sliding door. The wooden dining table is adjacent and seats four with valley views.

Studio condo #154 offers unparalleled slope-side access. Located very close to legendary lifts KT-22 and Wa She Shu. In the summer enjoy easy access to hiking, biking, and golfing.
Summer is not complete without some time at the Palisade Tahoe Lodge swimming pool. Enjoy biking, hiking, Lake Tahoe beaches and watersports, or several nearby Tahoe golf courses in the area!

Just a stroll away, the Village at Palisades Tahoe offers an assortment of dining options and plenty of après ski fun as well.

In the winter you are at the center of the activities. You are sitting on Palisades Tahoe’s slopes, steps from the chairs and Base-to-Base Gondola to Alpine. If snow tubing, snowshoeing or Nordic skiing are of interest, they are all very nearby.
