- The kitchenette is stocked with a mini-refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, coffeemaker, and cooking utensils. There is no range top or oven.
- A full bathroom with a bathtub.
- The studio condominium accommodates 2 people. Max occupancy is 4.

Mountain conditions, lift operations, and opening or closing schedules fluctuate with weather and are determined solely by Palisades Tahoe Resort – a different company altogether. Palisades Tahoe Lodge Rentals and Granite Peak Management do not oversee mountain operations. Refunds or re-booking are not available for weather related travel issues or resort closures.
