Take in the most breathtaking panoramic views of the ocean while sipping margaritas at sunset and watching the dolphins. It is the perfect escape. Relax and enjoy your stay!

***AT LEAST 48 HRS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL***

* Make and Model of the vehicle
* Year of the vehicle

* Drivers license number number

I have to submit everything to Security for approval at least 48 hours prior to check in so there are no delays in your check in process.

***UPON ARRIVAL***
Please check in with the guard gate and give them your name.

**There is a one time community resort fee of $35 per group plus $5 bracelet fee for each guest that will give you access to the pools, spas and parking. Payable to the guard in cash.**

*Please note : The community allows for one vehicle per reservation to park in the garage. There is additional parking right out front next to the guard shack.

Guest will have access to the private beach, all pools, spas, community barbecue areas, tennis courts and basketball courts.

A great place and a great host

The condo was immaculate. Great location. We were even considering buying in the same building after our stay. Renee the host was very communicative and sweet. The place was fully stocked and not bare like most rentals. The building is gated and in the center of everything. We highly recommend it to anyone going down to baja whether you wanna be close to Ensenada, Tijuana, golf at bajamar, or just to chill out in Rosarito

Why they chose this property

We chose the location of our condo for it’s fantastic location and breathtaking views of the ocean. It is situated private beach but only 5 minutes from the center of town. Most condos in Rosarito are located on more public beaches with vendors, horseback riding and loud music. Perfect location to rest and relax but still very conveniently located to to all of the bars, shops and restaurants.

What makes this property unique

We are the original owners of our condo. We purchased before it was built. It gave us the unique opportunity to carefully select and design everything from the start. We curated the perfect Mexican style beach home with all of the comfort and convenience of home. The views are spectacular! There is nothing better than falling asleep to the ocean.
