About this property

This home is close to everything! Restaurants, a butcher & specialty shops, barber shops, optical even dental & insurance office is just a stone's throw away. Starbucks, Walmart & some major banks are not far behind. If safety is your concern, the police station, & fire stations are just a few blocks away. The property being so close to all amenities & right on the main street, some noise can be expected. However, you won't even mind that because you'll love the convenience this house offers!

Welcome to the Bolton House!
This house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. On the 1st floor, you'll find an open floor plan with a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. It has white cabinets, a huge farmhouse sink, and a beautiful quartz peninsula with bar stools ready for all your cooking and entertaining needs.

The living room has a reclining sofa so you can get comfortable when you're watching TV. Adjacent to the living room is the sunroom which we have dedicated as office space for all those working from home. You'll find the dining room just beside the living room area. There is also a full bath on the 1st floor where the washer and dryer are also located. We have a 2 level deck available for additional outdoor living space you can enjoy in the summer. The upstairs has 3 equal-sized bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms have queen beds and ceiling fans and cabinets for all your storage needs. The 2nd full bath is located on the 2nd floor as well with a stand up shower. This is the only room in the house that has electric heating. All the rest has radiator heating.

***The property is located on the main street so some noise can be expected.
***We have a video doorbell located on the main entrance. It doesn't record videos, but it gives live feeds when someone's at the door.
***Please pardon our backyard. It needs a bit of loving, and we couldn't give it at the moment.
***Centrally located in Marlborough close to all amenities (APEX Center, Solomon Pond, Downtown Marlborough, Hospital, Police and Fire stations. Tons of walking, running or biking trails that you can enjoy). A lot of walking trails with friendly neighbors.
