Grea location, surrounded by nature offering endless opportunities and outdoor activities. The cottage was equipped with everything you need to become your home away from home. including a fireplace, screened porch, dock, fire pit, Cornhole game, firewood and more.Would definitely return.
I love this property! This rustic little place is a step back to simpler times. So quiet and peaceful. If you're looking for an authentic New England "camp" this is the place. The kitchen was surprisingly well-stocked! Everything is older but well maintained. I especially loved the vintage toaster oven, hand beaters and egg timer! The family operators/owners were all helpful and available but not intrusive. Very dog friendly. The lake was warm (in July!) and hosted beautiful sunsets. The dock was ideal for sunbathing or relaxing with a beverage or launching your kayak, SUP or canoe. There are a good number of stairs down to the dock, one thing to be aware of if that is a consideration. We had a really nice stay and hope to book again for next year.

Thank you for your 10/10 review, and we're especially glad that you pointed out all that we love about our vintage cottages at Lake Boon.
We take pride in our attention to detail, including spotlessly clean and comfortable accommodations!
