Overall, we had a good stay and the apartment itself was comfortable and in a good location for us. However, there were a few issues that should be improved.
When we first arrived, there was an unpleasant smell inside the apartment. The rubber mat in the bathtub was also quite dangerous and slippery. In the upstairs bedrooms, there were no proper pillows provided — only decorative cushions without suitable pillowcases — and there were no top bedsheets for those beds either.
The ceilings in the upstairs bedrooms are very low, and I hit my head twice, so these rooms are probably better suited for children rather than adults.
After we contacted the host, additional linens, towels, and extra blankets were delivered quickly, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, proper pillows were still not provided, so we ended up using the decorative ones. I believe some of the issues may have been due to a language misunderstanding.
Despite these inconveniences, the host was responsive and tried to help, and overall, we still had a pleasant stay.
