We visited for 2 quick days to see a BTS show. Everything was clean and process was easy. All good. Good communication with owner. We didn’t really have any issues or need anything that wasn’t provided.
Visiting in Marlbough. Plenty convenient driving from airport. Lots of stair but very well appointed clean and exactly as advertised. Great private parking in back.
It was the perfect central location for visiting family in all different corners of Massachusetts. The home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for a family to spread out. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Dedicated parking. Check in and out we’re seamless. We will definitely stay here again!

Liked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Disliked: Cleanliness
We stayed here for 2 weeks for an event in Natick which was only a few miles away. It is close to food and shopping if you have a car, and close enough to Boston. There is an ant problem. The house needs some general maintenance and upkeep. The floors were filthy so we question the cleanliness of everything else. The silverware holder was disgusting. The comforters and blankets were questionable. The biggest problem was the neighbors. There was NO noise from the other half of the house, but the building next door and the others near it in the alley were very loud. There was yelling, loud music, and partying very late into the night (after midnight), every night, and we were there for 13 nights. It didn’t matter if it was a weekend or a weekday, it was loud. If the 10 PM to 8 AM quiet hours actually exist, they are not enforced at all. Our daughter could not sleep because of the noise. Having a child awake late and having to get up early in the morning does not work. We have plans to be in the area every summer for the next several years but we do not want to stay at this property again, not because of the house itself but because of the noise. We feel we overpaid for what we received. The hosts were good with communication and helpful when we needed something. Our 2 biggest recommendations are room darkening curtains in the bedrooms and getting rid of the bidets, as they make the toilet seats wiggle and fall off. The washer and dryer were nice to have.
Our family of 5 one friend stayed in this super roomie duplex outside of Boston for five days during a sports tournament. The house had all the amenities needed for a multi day stay. My husband and I took the basement room with its own bathroom and we threw the teens on the bedroom floor to share the hall bathroom. Communication with the hosts was very responsive and check-in was very easy. I liked having the two dedicated spaces in the back of the property since we took two cars with us. The location is easy to get to most places and there is even a neighborhood Dunkin'’ Donuts and a CVS pharmacy close by for necessities. The house was clean and we appreciated the washer and dryer, especially after our sporting events. We will definitely stay here again when in the area next time.
