Nicely renovated property in a somewhat aging building. Only hiccup was no one was at desk at check-in, but don't panic - property owners were quick to provide door code.

Responsive & Accommodating host, but property did not match the listing!The host was responsive and communication was seamless, but that did not make up for the property’s condition or its misrepresentation. Although advertised as newly upgraded, the unit had old fixtures, a nearly stripped sink fixture, temperamental shower water, cracked shower tile, a dirty shower rug, and a mildew-smelling shower liner and curtain. We received only two washcloths and two towels for a four-day stay. The washer worked, but the dryer did not, so we had to air-dry clothes with fans. The laundry room smelled of wet mildew.The kitchen lacked modern appliances and adequate supplies: no toaster, teapot, water, or ice. The stove required a lighter to ignite, two burners did not work, and the pots, pans, and utensils need replacing. There were only enough dishes for one meal for two people, and no potholders or proper cleaning supplies.The home was spacious and private with nice views, but the living-room shutters were dirty and not very functional, and the windows and sills needed cleaning. The building also had issues: only one of three elevators worked, the lobby smelled of weed, and college homecoming guests were loud in the lobby and pool areas late into the night.I would not recommend this property in its current condition. Some upgrades and minor adjustments and this would have been a decent stay.
