Owners supplies a few small toiletries.Good: Room/Suite was in good conditionOK: Bathroom was fine but needs some TLCNot so good: only 1 key to the condo supplied; although there was a ceiling fan in Bedroom, I had to place my personal fan in the hallway to pull in the cold air.Bad: HOA never returned my phone call regarding my lost/found credit card someone said they had.

Great location and very clean

Spent a long weekend and the property has an amazing view with a nicely decorated interior. The pool was great and the attached restaurant is worth a trip. The only negatives are the beds. They are not comfortable and the pillows provided are the plastic hospital ones. So bring your own pillows for comfort because they will make you sweat even with a pillow cover since the bedroom does not have air conditioning. The headboards are also not attached to the beds so as the bed moves the head bard leans over the bed. Also no child will be able to flush the toilet. It takes a lot of force to push the handle.

We've hosted quite a few guests this summer, and this is the first time we've heard negative feedback about the beds and pillows. If you had mentioned anything about the beds & pillows to us during your stay, we would have brought over mattress toppers and new pillows to you right away. We also could have had our maintenance person look at the headboards and toilet handle for you if this brought to our attention during your trip. We genuinely try to do anything we can to make sure you and all of our guests are having the best experience possible, and we'll take note of your feedback for the future. Thank you

Outstanding Location

This is a cute little beach-front condo with easy access to the beach. It's a short drive to the boardwalk and many restaurants. It's location makes it worth it. The pool looks well maintained and clean. Downsides - The bathroom is in need of some work. There is a mold problem coming from the sink which made the bathroom super smelly and hard to be in for any amount of time. The toilet handle is super stiff and hard to flush, the tank fills VERY slowly so with a group, allow time between people using it. The shower has so/so water pressure but works. The two beds in the bedroom are comfortable enough (soft, not firm) but super loud with every movement. If you are not getting the linen package, be sure to take a good mattress cover for the pullout. It has a very stained foam mattress and other people's hair, etc. on it. The other two beds included a cover but not the pull-out. A/C unit works well but does not reach the bedroom so it gets HOT in there, even with the fan and window open, late in the season. All-in-all, it was very clean (minus the mattress on the pullout). AWESOME location and views that would make it worth going back.
