Our Luxxe Cabana Rooftop is unlike any other! Featuring a 12 person dining table, 2 large cabanas, and a Mykonos inspired lounge area with seating for 16!
Enjoy our 75" Smart TV which emerges from our alluring jungle foliage wall. Sit or sleep on our large sofa which folds out into a comfortable queen bed with memory foam mattress.
A modern bedroom with a large bed, a decorative wall piece, and a window with curtains.
The Havana Palms Room features two comfy queen beds, a day bed with pull out trundle bed, and a 65" smart TV. This bedrooms calming and neutral design will leave you feeling like you're relaxing on a peaceful beach.
Relax in one of our two large cabanas and take in all the Houston Skyline has to offer. Enjoy a relaxing sunset or soak up some rays and work on that tan.

The property was well maintained, clean, and was a great option to travel with a group of people for a quick in-town visit. Altogether, we would recommend Brad’s property to any small/medium group of people who may be wishing to stay just south of the metro and have great access to local Houston-based businesses.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at the house. It was cozy, welcoming, and comfortable from the moment we arrived. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to unwind and get a good night’s rest.The pool table was a big hit and gave us a fun way to spend time together. We also loved having balconies to sit on, relax, and enjoy a little fresh air. The rooftop was really nice as well, even though the weather didn’t give us a chance to make use of it during our stay.Overall, the house had a warm, inviting feel and made a great place to relax. We’d be happy to stay here again and would recommend it to others.

Angelia, knowing the beds gave everyone a proper rest from the start sets the right tone for a stay, and it sounds like the pool table kept the energy going from there. The rooftop is worth saving for next visit when the weather cooperates. A house that feels genuinely inviting is always here when you are ready to come back.

We rented this lovely home for a Sisters, Daughters and Granddaughters trip just for the weekend. The bedrooms were roomy and beautifully decorated. The rooftop area was very nice and comfortable. We thought the location was convenient. We had a wonderful trip.

This was a great place for a extended family stay for a wedding. We just chilled at the house, enjoyed the rooftop (weather was great in January...likely not in August). Only real difficulty was parking was a bit tricky with 3-4 vehicles, leaving some on the street, which seemed a bit risky at night (though we didn't have any actual trouble).

The stay was very smooth and easy. Access to the house easy, and also felt more safe with the limited access to property. Property is very close to everything you would like to do, 16 mins to be exact. Can’t wait to book another stay at the property.

Family event

My cousins and I had a family game night and we enjoyed everything about this house! The owner was really nice and communicative bout everything before the day came and while we stayed there. I loved everything about the house, from the view to the decorations of the house, to the very very comfortable bedding. Would definitely book again!

Your own oasis!

This was such a great place for my birthday celebration! The house is spacious, clean and decorated so cute! You will not regret booking. The balcony was exactly like the pictures and a highlight of our trip. The location worried us before we got there but our group felt super safe and it’s close to everything you’d want for Houston life!

Beautiful house with excellent accommodations! The owner was very responsive. Overall great experience. The neighborhood around the house looks a little dicey but we didn’t have any issues. Property is gated and we parked in the garage.

My birthday was a success!

I loved this property. Everything was great i didn’t have to contact the owner not once. It’s plenty of space to sleep in as well. The location definitely helped as well because i didn’t have to spend so much on Ubers while celebrating my birthday. I would definitely book again!!!!

The home was very beautiful, spacious and clean upon arrival. All bedrooms were beautifully decorated. Each with its own originality. The rooftop cabana area with the skyline view, was the perfect oasis to allow your mind to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s located on a gated property with two other town homes. There’s a two car garage along with additional street parking. You’re given access coded to the gate, garage and front door, which are changed for each guests stay. I would definitely book this property again.

Beautiful kitchen with a gas stove and spacious island. Great for prepping/cooking a family meal.

What caught your eye, is what you can expect!

What you see is what you get! The townhome decor is what caught my eye initially. The home looks exactly like the pictures. Yes, rooftop views and provided plenty of space to entertain and lounge. The living room furniture and beds were all comfy; which is a must for me. I don't like to leave the comfort of my own home for less. Not here! This listing also caters to large groups; which isn't a norm. Plenty of sitting and beds. Our group was a mix of family and close friends. No one felt on top of one another.It was conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, entertainment spots, and nearby highway access if you need to get around the city. I would definitely stay here again. I recommend the same for those of you who read reviews to finalize a decision. Decision made;-)
