Beachfront Greek Villa in Skiathos with Semi-Private Sandy Beach

Villa Kandili is located in the Sklithri area, overlooking the magnificent and peaceful Kanapitsa Bay.
It can be reached by the island’s main road at a distance of 4 km from the town of Skiathos and main port of the island, 6 km from the island’s airport and 7 km from the world famous Koukounaries beach.
The villa offers both privacy and serenity away for the island’s buzz as well as easy access to all key sites. With the bus stop being effectively outside the villa, everything is just a few minutes away without the need of renting a car.
The property offers fantastic sea views and the unique advantage of its own access to a semi-private sandy beach at just 3 minutes walk right down the house. The views from the veranda are breathtaking with the small island of Tsougria right in front.
It can accommodate 6 persons (adults and children).
The main villa features a living area with dining room section, Air Conditioning and a new fully equipped kitchen that allows to cook for a big family.
It has two spacious bedrooms, the first with a double bed, AC and the second with two single beds (or pushed together upon request) and a ceiling fan. And finally there is a shared bathroom.
Villa Kandili also has a calm independent studio with a double bed, an “en suite” shower room and WC, an AC, a mini fridge and a veranda with sea view.
For boat lovers, there is charter sailing and boat tours around the island of Skiathos (were is the worldwide famous beach of Lalaria). You can also visit the Marine life protection center on neighboring Alonissos Island and there is also a boat trip to Skopelos island to visit some of the “Mamma Mia!” movie locations.

Amazing

An absolutely stunning view from the large terrace offering peace and relaxation. The owner Fred is an absolute star,when we arrived he took us to the supermarket to get stocked up and also couldn't help enough when our flight home was delayed 5 hours. A gorgeous place. Thanks Fred.

Fantastic!

Beautiful traditional Greek villa with stunning views (which are even better than the photos!). Extremely well equipped with everything you'd need. The Vila was well located for beaches and tavernas with at least two tavernas in easy walking distance. There's also a bus stop just a two minute walk away. Although it's located on the main Skiathos road, we did not hear any road noise as it's set well back. The semi private beautiful beach is just a 3 minute walk down a hill. It was extremely quiet and peaceful. The owner Fred was friendly and helpful without being at all intrusive and even bought a bucket and spade for our daughter which was a lovely touch. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend. Thank you Fred for a fantastic holiday!

Formidable !

J'hésite à garder l'adresse pour moi ! L'endroit est unique, on se sent tout de suite chez soi dans cette maison de famille que l'on sent aimée. Une vue dont on ne se lasse pas, l'accès à la plage un luxe vite naturel. Et je salue la grande gentillesse toute en naturel et discrétion de notre hôte. Pas d'hésitation, courez-y.
