Our newly renovated home is situated on Matunuck Point with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful Block Island in the distance. If you love the beach, East Matunuck is 100 steps away. If you preference is the pond, Potters Pond is right in your back yard where you can enjoy paddle boarding, kayaking and clamming .

A 3 bedroom 1 -1/2 bath home located in Matunuck. This coastal home is newly renovated and decorated with a charming seaside theme. The first floor is an open floor plan with an upgraded kitchen; new cabinetry, flooring and appliances. All bedrooms are located upstairs and have been updated with new furniture, window treatments and bedding.. Enjoy stunning views of Potters Pond on the deck of the third bedroom. A generous yard with a large deck to enjoy this beautiful seaside community. Our home is an ideal vacation spot with access to East Matunuck Beach and Potters Pond.
