You will want to know….

Bedding for the pull out couch was not provided as advertised. We were told they would be dropped off later and never was. Clean overall but multiple stains on the couch and dining room chairs. We bought a sheet to put over the couch. Had confirmation from the host that the pool was heated and found it was not. Office staff informed us that it never has been. The only reason we booked with this venue was that it had a heated pool. We made sure the host was aware of our desire of a heated pool before booking. We tried communicating with the host over this issue and they didn’t respond.
