Take morning strolls to Old Town and the banks of the Siuslaw River, spend your afternoons at the beach, and return home each evening for a soak in the backyard hot tub beneath a star-filled sky.

Built in 2023, this two-story home gives you excellent access to the best of Florence. Exploding Whale Memorial Park (a quarter-mile), Old Town (less than half a mile), and Three Rivers Casino Resort (two miles) are all close by. When you're ready to hit the beach, it's a quick drive to both South Jetty (four miles) and North Jetty Beaches (five miles).

A wonderful feature of this home is the spacious backyard, securely fenced so your kids can play safely. It's a lovely spot for morning coffee, long lunches at the picnic table, and sunset soaks in the hot tub.

As new construction (2023), the house is open, bright, and full of small comforts, including central air for the warmest summer days. Enjoy a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, as well as living rooms both upstairs and down where you can watch movies and play board games at night. A private washer/dryer and complimentary WiFi round out the home essentials.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
