Host was very responsive to questions. Loved that there were several separate areas that allowed for earlier risers to hang out without disturbing late sleepers. Easy access to everything in Anchorage. Would definitely stay here again. In fact, we made this our Anchorage "home base" and stayed 3 different times during our Alaska adventure.
We had a great stay. The house was perfect for us while visiting with family and friends.

We didn’t stay We left and went to a hotel.
The host was wonderful but the place for us was very unsatisfactory. Beds were old shower had dirty grout it had a bad smell and was in not a very good location.
The house has an interesting history and the inside shows craftsmanship and surprising details in woodwork and stained glass windows. It’s beautifully decorated, very clean and we felt very comfortable. Beds were very comfortable, too! Location is 5 minutes from most ice-rinks and walking distance to all downtown restaurants. Great experience! .
We loved our stay in this cool house. It accommodated our family beautifully. The house was clean and well cared for. Only thing I would criticize is that it could use some screens. It happed to be hot when we were there.
I would highly recommend this house!
Very nice stay with friends. Great location and safe neighborhood. Nice market across the street for breakfast and lunch items. Two story VRBo was perfect for the 4 of us.
We took our work retreat here and especially appreciated the big living room and projector with screen! The house itself has three sleeping areas, one bedroom with two twin beds, one bedroom with two queens, and another bedroom with bathroom attached with a queen. Our fourth person opted to stay elsewhere instead of in the twin bedroom. We enjoyed the big bathtub! We didn't cook a lot in the kitchen, but found that it was scantily equipped. Would recommend adding labels to the drawers/cupboards that have anything in them, as the rest are empty. Great location, within walking distance of restaurants, New Sagaya the grocery store, and different activities (museum, etc). Would recommend.
