One block away from the Painted Ladies of Alamo Square, near Hayes Valley, the NOPA neighborhood, the Lower Haight, the Fillmore district.
Nice studio with lots of lights and open space.
Other things to note
Parking is free on the street but limited to 2 hours at a time on weekdays. No time limit on Sunday and all nights from 6pm to 10am. If you want to park for longer than 2 hours on weekdays, you'll need to obtain a Q permit. $120/year.
You can also park 2 blocks down where there are 2 blocks with no time limits or permit required. (Best if you want to leave your car parked for a few days at a time)
