Rent a boat and enjoy a day at Smith Mountain Lake, dining on one of many restaurants at the lake or shopping at Bridgewater Plaza. Enjoy a scenic ride on the Blue Ridge Parkway. Attend a concert or show in Downtown Roanoke.

Why they chose this property

This home is located right off of 122 and is located less than 5 minutes away from the Town of Rocky Mount but is far enough out of town to provide some privacy during your stay. Rocky Mount is a small southern town that hosts numerous restaurants and shops. It's perfect for taking a stroll around town to experience the food, the music, the shopping, and the drinks.

What makes this property unique

This property is located 5 minutes from the Town of Rocky Mount, 10 minutes from Boones Mill, 25 minutes from Roanoke and 45 minutes from Lynchburg. It is conveniently located just a few minutes from Route 220 which provides easy access to jumping on the interstate and commuting to another area. I love this home because it is close to the convenience of town but far enough in a rural area that you feel like you have privacy.
