Evanston offers a variety of transportation options for easy navigation throughout the neighborhood and beyond. Public transportation is conveniently accessible, with multiple Metra train stations and CTA bus routes providing direct access to downtown Chicago and surrounding areas. Biking is popular, thanks to numerous bike lanes and trails, while ride-sharing services and taxis are readily available for added convenience. We want you to feel completely at home during your stay, so we kindly ask you to keep the following in mind:

1. Please be considerate of other tenants by keeping noise levels low, particularly during quiet hours.
2. For certain bookings, we may need to request additional screening, a government ID, and a security deposit.

4. Guests staying longer than 28 nights will be required to sign a rental agreement.
5. To ensure your comfort, we install air conditioning units during the summer to keep the space cool and enjoyable. As temperatures drop in the cooler months, we remove the units to maintain energy efficiency.
6. Hot Water System: The property uses a boiler system that heats water on demand. Hot water may take a moment to reach full temperature during high usage or colder weather. For safety, the boiler may reset temporarily if irregularities occur.
7. Heating System: The heating operates automatically, activating below 68°F and cycling off when the set temperature is reached. Radiators lack individual controls, so heat output can't be adjusted manually. As outdoor temperatures drop, the boiler runs more frequently to maintain indoor comfort.
