The Space:
Our comfortable one-bedroom apartment, which features a king-sized bed, is the ideal place to begin your city excursions. There's also a working station in the living room to catch up on emails and finalize that critical business deal.

The one complete bathroom in the unit has a shower, basin, and toilet. To ensure you smell and look your best, we supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and fluffy towels. Taking a hot shower after a tour of the Windy City is the best way to refresh.

Because it features all of the essential equipment, utensils, and serving ware, you may create a five-course supper or practice making toast in the kitchen. A full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker are among the amenities. Take a seat at the table and begin devouring your delectable treats.

This lovely "town within a city" is filled with relaxed bars, local stores, and adorable cafés that flow out onto the sidewalks during the summer months.

Getting Around:
Here's several ways on how to get to the property from the airport and downtown:

From the airport:

- Taxi or ride-share: Taxis and ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available at both O'Hare International Airport and Midway International Airport. Simply use a ride-sharing app to request a pickup.

- Public transit: Both O'Hare and Midway have train stations that connect to the city's public transit system. From O'Hare, you can take the Blue Line train to the Belmont station, then transfer to the #77 Belmont bus and get off at the Marshfield & Roscoe stop, which is a short walk from the property. From Midway, you can take the Orange Line train to the Clark/Lake station, then transfer to the Brown Line train and get off at the Paulina station, which is about a 10-minute walk from the property.

- Car rental: If you plan to do a lot of exploring outside of the city or prefer the flexibility of having your own vehicle, you can rent a car at either airport and drive to the property.

From downtown:

- Public transit: The property is easily accessible by public transit from downtown. Take the Brown Line train towards Kimball and get off at the Paulina station, then walk about 10 minutes to the property.

- Taxi or ride-share: Taxis and ride-share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available throughout downtown and can be easily hailed to take you to the property.

Other Things to Note:
We want you to feel right at home during your stay, so we kindly ask you take note of the following:

- Please be mindful of other tenants and keep noise levels down, especially during quiet hours.
- For certain bookings, we may require additional screening, government ID, and a security deposit.
- If you encounter any issues during your stay, please let us know so we can address them right away.
- To ensure your comfort, we install air conditioning units during the summer to keep the space cool and enjoyable. As temperatures drop in the cooler months, we remove the units to maintain energy efficiency.
- Hot Water System: The property uses a boiler system that heats water on demand. Hot water may take a moment to reach full temperature during high usage or colder weather. For safety, the boiler may reset temporarily if irregularities occur.
- Heating System: The heating operates automatically, activating below 68°F and cycling off when the set temperature is reached. Radiators lack individual controls, so heat output can't be adjusted manually. As outdoor temperatures drop, the boiler runs more frequently to maintain indoor comfort.
