Welcome to this spacious home with room for everybody, including privacy and common spaces both inside and out. The backyard features a pool that can be heated for an additional expense that is shallow size for volleyball and basketball. There's also a large grassy area for pets and of course a covered patio with pool table darts, and seating. In addition to the outside the home is just as spacious with two living rooms, an open concept for dining within the kitchen as well as five bedrooms there's smart TVs in all the rooms and main areas to enjoy.

We’ve been renting vacation homes from Mr. Palma twice a year for several years now. We were so excited to notice a couple with pools now! We have a large family to visit and a few of the rentals can accommodate everyone inside and out which we love. This is the first time we arranged one with a pool and we all had such a wonderful week that there’s no way we’ll be able to do another summer visit without a pool! The living/kitchen/dining area are all open to each other allowing for several activities to go on at one time and eating together was a breeze (double oven too!)! The giant covered patio and excellent iron, cushioned patio furniture is also a wonderful feature enjoyed by everyone from 4 to 82.

Host was responsive. Place was dirty (oven, microwave, dishes, carpets and rugs were dirty, bathroom showers) , broken furniture (master room headboard was not attached and kept falling on my grandsons head, back gate not attached, pool table has no chalk and the dart board has no darts). Pictures of this place are not what you get. Pool was nice but pool furniture was dirty.

Lots of space and beds in this house. Host was very responsive and accommodating to early check in request. Pool was nice and relaxing. However the house needs lots of attention. Broken furniture, broken door handles, broken vent-a-hood, dirty air vents, large piece of plywood in kitchen floor covering damaged floors. Kitchen is not stocked with pots or pans. Fridge circuit kept tripping causing our food to go bad. House smells of mold/mildew.

once again, I will apologize for the inconveniences, but due to the lack of availability, I had to keep you in that house. Yes, there was lots of maintenance issues that had to be addressed, due to the previous guest, trashing my home and causing multiple damages throughout the home that could not be repaired within a three hour time window. I I did close the house once you departed so that we could take care of everything, but it was either cancel your reservation or allow you to stay and enjoy the pool in the amenities of the home which is what you chose to do I even gave you a refund for your inconveniences and I understand the bad review because it was an unpleasant experience, but all things have been addressed. Thank you so much for staying with Right at Home. I hope you consider staying with us again in the future.

Nice place for a large gathering and want a pool for fun. The inside perimeter of the back yard did have some trash and there was a large black barrel full of trash by the gate. Also, be careful opening gate to alley as the bricks are damaged and gate can fall if not careful. Would liked to have known that it costs an extra 50 a day to use the hot tub. Never experienced that before. The headboard in the master bedroom is not attached to anything and slammed against the wall whenever we moved so we had to move it from behind the bed. Overall though it was a great place for the price and everyone enjoyed themselves. Will probably rent again if the occasion arises.

Large home - lots of room for family

Great house for a larger family(5 of us) to stay and enjoy each other's company. The swimming pool and large backyard is a big bonus. Manager was quick to answer questions and flexible with our needs. Highly recommend staying here.

the kitchen had plenty of cooking utensils, but there was dirty dishes in the oven and microwave, floors were really dirty, master bathtub was dirty and hair in it, the back yard was junky with dead bushes, trashn not upkept at all, the garage had an extra fridge which was nice but the garage is full of junk and just a total disaster.

The house was wonderful. We had a little trouble with the AC that we did realize until late Saturday evening due to being at a Wedding all day. But the owner responded quickly and let us know what we needed to do. The home was very roomy and there was enough for everyone to do with the pool, darts and pool table.

Great home

We rented so we had a place to stay as we were in town for funeral and the normal family we stay with were out of room! This home is an older home with a lot of charm and was great for entertaining some family that stoped by to see us that wouldn’t be at the funeral. We were grateful for the family friendly environment with plenty of places for a large group to hang out! There was 8 of us that stay and total counting babies for dinner was 18.

The home could be really really nice. Tons of maintenance needed from little things like light bulbs and toilet paper fixtures to range hood and paint (indoor and out) landscaping was all over grown and the pool needed to be vacuumed. Overall it was ok it seems as though it's not being properly taken care of.

Nice space poorly maintained

Let's start with the positive. Plenty of space to spread out. Well stocked kitchen. Lots of plates, silverware, wine glasses, etc. We had 20 for dinner and no one felt crowded. The backyard was huge and the pool was great. The bedrooms that were additions to the home offered separation from the other three bedrooms. Unfortunately, these bedrooms were the only access points to the backyard. This made it a little difficult because the family members using these rooms were working during our stay. The house was not well maintained. The garbage disposal was not working and the host failed to fix it during our stay. The house was not ready when we arrived. We were not able to get in until 4:40...delaying our dinner plans with the family.

Lots of potential

This house has so much potential, but needs lots of loving. We booked mainly for the pool table, hot tub, and darts but we’re unable to use any. The pool table had steak bones and limes all over and under from previous tenants, we cleaned that up.. there were not any darts to be able to use the dart board… jacuzzi was dirty. There were also wasp nests outside… spider webs in multiple rooms as well as spiders and beetles. One of the beds had bugs in the bed so a 5 bedroom home turned into a 3 bedroom, we ended up having to use the couches to sleep on. 12 people also had to share one shower due to plumbing issues leaving 1 restroom completely unusable. Layers of dust and webs on light fixtures in the kitchen as well. We also washed the sheets prior to using due to the smell they had. The house is beautiful, but you can see it is rarely really cleaned.

I spoke with this guest on multiple occasions during her stay. Unfortunately, she never mentioned any of the above things in her review. It was only upon her departure that I was made aware of any problems with her visit. Everything has been addressed. Feel free to book at your leisure as the house is truly beautiful. I can't explain her bad experience, but look at the previous reviews. You'll know that everyone truly loves this home.
