Great location, great communication

This property was lovely! Plenty of space and great proximity to the beach. This property is at the at the very end of fort Morgan, so be prepared that it takes at least 15 minutes to get to the nearest dollar general for supplies. The community is gated, feels very safe and “exclusive.” The only downside is that I was under the assumption that the property was a single family home, not a duplex. Despite that, we could not hear our neighbors whatsoever and the property was very private.
