Looking for a cozy, rustic Alaskan experience? Look no further than the Oz Lodge Bunkhouse; the best lodging in Seward! Nestled 5 miles from the heart of Seward, this family-friendly bunkhouse makes for a perfect get-away for a group of friends or family. It’s equipped with 5 bunk beds (top bunks are full and lower bunks are queen), all with comfortable memory foam mattresses and soft Pendleton sheets, 2 full bathrooms, washer and dryer, hair dryer, towels, bedding, boot dryer, propane cook stove, cook ware, refrigerator, wood stove, coffee nook, espresso maker and milk steamer. Cozy up next to our wood stove and relax after full days of exploring Seward!

Originally from Oregon, I met my now-husband Matt, who convinced me Alaska was where it was at! Curious to see if he was right, I flew up to surprise him for his birthday, fell in love and never looked back! :) We enjoy Alaska’s beautiful terrain, the wildlife and the majestic mountains. You can find us hiking, skiing, or hitting up the town for a relaxing dinner and a walk through our favorite gift shops. We truly love it here and are so excited to give you a glimpse of this beautiful state! We look forward to meeting you soon!

Why they chose this property

Our property is nestled just 5 miles outside of the heart of Seward. The short drive from town is beautiful and gives you a wonderful view of the mountains and often times moose. We are tucked away in a quaint and quiet neighborhood in the woods which offers a very peaceful and secure environment.

What makes this property unique

For guests who enjoy a little hike, the top of our property has the most magnificent view of Mt. Alice; the stunning photos we capture from this vantage point are very much postcard-worthy:)
