Welcome to #201 at the Hearthstone Lodge, a bright Queen Studio in the heart of Sun Peaks. Equipped with an efficiency kitchen, this studio has everything you need for a fantastic stay. With great ski-in/ski-out, only a few steps from local restaurants, shops, and amenities. Parking is available on a first-come-first-serve basis, for an additional cost of $20.00 p/n + tax. Plus, stay cool in the summer time with portable AC.

Location:
- Located at the Hearthstone Lodge in the centre of the Sun Peaks Village
- Mount Morrissey view
- Ski-in: With its central location, you can ski in from all three mountains
- Ski-out: Step out of the Hearthstone Lodge and ski over to the Sunburst and Sundance Chairlifts or cross the road over to the Morrisey Platter

Bed Configuration:
- Queen Bed
- Thoughtful extras: All bed and bath linens provided, quality linens and towels, all washed at 60ºc

Bathrooms:
- Bathroom: Combination bathtub and shower, basin, and toilet
- Thoughtful extras: Shampoo, conditioner, hand soap

Kitchen:
- Fully stocked efficiency kitchen with two burner stove (no oven), full-size fridge, microwave, and dishwasher
- Cookware and appliances, including kettle, coffee maker and toaster
- Thoughtful extras: coffee, salt, pepper, olive oil, and cling wrap

Living and Dining:
- Armchair
- Dining table for two
- Gas fireplace
- TV with Telus Cable and DVD player

Bike and Ski Storage:
- Bike and ski storage in the building's shared storage room (spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis).

Hot Tub and Fitness Room:

- Shared coin-operated laundry facilities with laundry detergent provided

Parking:
- Access to the building's shared garage on a first come, first serve basis at an additional cost of $20 per night plus GST
